Based upon the assumption that television has a strong impact in the vision that we have about the pass, along the next pages we analyse the recent history representations present in Spain's tv-fiction and cinematographic productions too. As we establish relationships between both audiovisual productions, we propose to investigate about the construction of Transition's mythos and analyse if there is a television model in the mode of representing the recent history.

Family has always inspired great novels which often highlight the relationship between the different generations. The subject of family is indeed constantly reinvested by authors regardless of their nationality or the period they depict. Almudena Grandes belongs to such category of writers and gives a paramount role to the family unit. Although a recurring topic in her literary trajectory, it has never been thoroughly studied by critics who yet analyzed many aspects of her work. The present study is centered on the Spanish-speaking world in a diachronic perspective, and aims to highlight recognizable recurring elements in compositions in which a poetic feminine voice expresses its feelings. Some poetic constraints are at work from the earliest compositions of female lyricism in Spain (cantigas de amigo) and one notices formal and thematic constants in more recent traditional songs (romancero and cancionero). Our analysis focuses then on the poetic work of Violeta Parra (Décimas and some canciones), who has made formal choices which are usually exclusively used by masculine authors.
