OBIETTIVI Il diabete mellito tipo 1 (DMT1) è caratterizzato da un’ elevata mortalità per cardiovasculopatie e l’ipertensione contribuisce signifi cativamente allo sviluppo e progressione del processo aterosclerotico. Scopo di questo studio è quello di valutare, in bambini e adolescenti con DMT1, la prevalenza di anomalie dei pattern pressori rilevati dal monitoraggio ambulatoriale 24h della pressione arteriosa (ABPM) e di alterazioni morfologiche precliniche carotidee. Fra i cambiamenti più rilevanti in atto nel mondo del lavoro vi è certamente quello riguardante la diversa accezione che ha assunto l’identità professionale. In presenza di una accentuata volubilità e di una difficile definzione dell’identità professionale – spesso divisa fra molte occupazioni svolte in luoghi e in momenti della propria vita e della giornata diversi – il bisogno di ricomposizione che caratterizza la frammentata società contemporanea e che si declina nei diversi ambiti istituzionali sembra assumere nel lavoro connotazioni assolutamente specifiche che meritano particolare attenzione. Il volume risultato dell’approfondimento di una ricerca condotta in Italia nel 2004 da dieci sedi universitarie e riguardante i percorsi di ricomposizione sociale degli adulti-giovani intende offrire un’analisi dei cambiamenti determinati dal differente modo in cui si declina per questa fascia di età la dimensione lavorativa. Il lavoro ci si è chiesti può essere considerato un ambito di ricomposizione nella frammentata vita degli adulti giovani? Attraverso l’analisi quali-quantitativa di diverso materiale empirico si è inteso scandagliare nel rapporto esistente fra lavoro progetto biografico e formazione dell’identità professionale in un periodo in cui la difficile “transizione alla vita adulta” assume sempre più i caratteri della dilazione continuata e in cui “ricomporre la vita” diventa anche per gli adulti giovani sempre più difficile.

espanolObjetivo: Estudiar el espesor corneal y la variabilidad entre observadores de las mediciones del espesor corneal empleando paquimetria Orbscan. Metodos: Analizamos el espesor corneal central y paracentral de 30 sujetos (n=30) cuya edad oscilaba entre 19 y 38 anos (media 27,27 D.E. 5,25) con el Sistema Topografico Orbscan II (Orbscan, Inc., Salt Lake City, UT, USA). La media de cinco mediciones consecutivas del espesor corneal fue obtenida por dos diferentes observadores. Los resultados obtenidos por los dos observadores se compararon. A radioactive beam, generated by using an UCx target-ion source system, is ionized, selected and accelerated for experimental objects.
