Bakalaura darba tēma ir “SIA “Top Food” ieiešanas stratēģija Francijas tirgū”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izstrādāt uzņēmumam atbilstošu risinājumu, stratēģiju un veidu ieiešanai Francijas tirgū. Bakalaura teorētiskajā nodaļā ir atspoguļoti starptautiskā mārketinga jēdzieni, ieiešanas stratēģiju veidi un makrovides, mikrovides analīzes faktori. Analītiskajā nodaļā ir veikta analīze par Francijas konkurences vidi, balstoties uz teorijā apkopoto informāciju. Praktiskajā nodaļā izveidota aptaujas anketa un intervijas. Pētīta inducētā optiskā absorbcija PLZT keramikā. Īsi dzīvojošās absorbcijas pētījumi veikti paraugu ierosinot ar liela blīvuma elektronu kūļa impulsiem. Elektronu kūļa inducētā optiskā absorbcija reģistrēta temperatūras diapazonā no 90K līdz 700K. Reģistrēti arī rentgenstaru inducētās optiskās absorbcijas spektri. Noskaidrots, ka īsi dzīvojošās absorbcijas spektrs 1.0-3.0eV sastāv no daudzām absorbcijas joslām, no kurām galvenās ir ar maksimumiem pie E=1.45eV un E=2.3eV. Darbā diskutēti novēroto joslu cēloņi. Analizējot absorbcijas atkarību no temperatūras, novērtēta absorbcijas centru stabilitāte, noskaidrots, ka daļa absorbcijas centri ir ļoti stabili. Novērota īsi dzīvojošās absorbcijas…

Whenever nanoparticles encounter biological fluids like blood, proteins adsorb on their surface and form a so-called protein corona. Although its importance is widely accepted, information on the influence of surface functionalization of nanocarriers on the protein corona is still sparse, especially concerning how the functionalization of PEGylated nanocarriers with targeting agents will affect protein corona formation and how the protein corona may in turn influence the targeting effect. Electrostatically Driven Complexation of Liposomes with a Star-Shaped Polyelectrolyte to Low-Toxicity Multi-Liposomal Assemblies

Anionic liposomes are electrostatically complexed to a star-shaped cationic polyelectrolyte. Upon complexation, the liposomes retain their integrity and the resulting liposome-star complexes do not dissociate in a physiological solution with 0.15 M NaCl. This provides a multi-liposomal container for possible use as a high-capacity carrier.
