Distribution and generation of traps in SiO2/Al2O3 gate stacks

In this work we combine charge-pumping measurements with positive constant voltage stress to investigate trap generation in SiO2/ Al2O3 n-MOSFET. Trap density has been scanned either in energy or in position based on charge-pumping (CP) measurements performed under different operating conditions in terms of amplitude and frequency of the gate pulse. Our results have revealed that the traps are meanly localized shallow in energy level, deeper in spatial position and they are mostly generated near the Si/SiO2 interface. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. What role could have intrinsic motivation toward reading in an extraordinary situation like the recent confinement? This research examines the relationship between intrinsic reading motivation (IRM) and reading habits in an adult population considering types of reading (for leisure, work/study, social networks, and news), gender, and distress generated by the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. A father’s mental health is important for family well-being, but research is scarce on paternal symptoms during the transition to fatherhood. This study identified fathers’ latent mental health trajectory classes from the pre- to postnatal period and examined their associations with early fathering experiences. This research examined the joint effects of parenting and the temperamental characteristics of children on their social-emotional development during their early school years. Three studies, focusing on different aspects of social-emotional development as well as on different temperamental characteristics, were carried out. The first study investigated the extent to which mothers' and fathers' parenting styles differently impact their children's social-emotional development, based on the children's tendency to show signs of social withdrawal. Purpose Fruit and vegetable intake (FV) is insufficient in industrialized nations and there is excess of discretionary food choices (DC; foods high in fat, sugar, and salt). Long-haul truck drivers are considered a particularly at-risk group given the limited food choices and normatively reinforced eating habits at truck rest-stops. Tumšās triādes, uztvertā stresa un izdegšanas sindroma saistības policistiem

Šī pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir izpētīt tumšās triādes personības iezīmju, uztvertā stresa un izdegšanas sindroma rādītāju saistību policistiem. Respondenti ir 50 policisti, kuri aizpildīja izveidotot aptauju, kura sastāvēja no īsās tumšās triādes skalas, uztvertā stresa skalas un izdegšanas sindromu aptaujas. Iegūtie rezultāti uzrādīja, ka policistiem kopumā piemīt zemi tumšās triādes rādītāji. Viszemākie ir psihopātijas rādītāji, kas ir skaidrojami ar veiksmīgu psiholoģiskās izvērtēšanas procesu pirms uzņemšanas mācībās. Uztvertā stresa rādītāji ir vidēji un tie uzrāda dzimumatšķirības.
