Estilo y autoría en la información. Una aparente ausencia de identidad
2009
Dolors.
2018
[EN] Parental abuse by sons and daughtersis a reality latent in our society. The present article analyzes the existence or not of psycho-pedagogical variables (academic and occupational) as risk factors in adolescents who exert violence against their parents. Methods used are descriptive, focused on the analysis of studies that contemplate these variables and compare them with research on aggressive offspring. Results suggest that these variables are risk factors for violent behaviors in adolescents due to violence towards parents and they suggest relevant issues to research, prevention and educational intervention. Hereby, from the cognitive model, interaction between intrapersonal and int…
Development of Prosocial Behavior in Spanish Adolescents and Its Relations to Parenting Styles
2019
The goal of this chapter is to describe how parenting relates to prosocial development in Spanish adolescents. Although not a lot of work has been done on Spanish youth, the work that has been done has largely paralleled the work done on European American youth. We present evidence from a longitudinal study that examines how support and communication, psychological control, and permissiveness from both mothers and fathers change across adolescence and relate to prosocial behavior in a large sample of Spanish adolescents. Adolescent prosocial behavior was relatively stable. Both mothers and fathers became more permissive and supportive across adolescence, but less psychologically controlling…

The aim is also to determine the existing links between the personality of the depressed women and adult attachment. We have a more interest more specific in the study of the evolution between the depression and the patterns of attachment (stability or alteration) during hospitalization.…
Affective reactions to musical stimuli reflect emotional use of music in everyday life
2013
Music is a common means for regulating affective states in everyday life, but little is known about the individual differences in this behaviour. We investigated affective reactions to musical stimuli as an explanatory factor. Forty-four young adults rated self-selected music regarding perceived and felt emotions, preference, pleasantness and beauty. The ratings were reduced into five factors representing affective response tendencies. The participants also filled in the Music in Mood Regulation (MMR) questionnaire assessing seven music-related mood regulation strategies in everyday life. High beauty and pleasantness ratings for liked music correlated with the use of music for inducing str…

La evaluación de la socialización familiar: ESPA29
2016
Traditionally, family socialization has been conceptualized as an important correlate of psychological well-being and a basic theoretical construct for explaining adjusted and adaptive behaviors into society. The assessment of the socialization process requires of a theoretical perspective that conceptualizes how parents can influence their children. Based on the classic two-dimensional model of socialization, with the dimensions of acceptance/involvement and strictness/imposition, four parenting styles were defined: indulgent, authoritative, neglectful and authoritarian. The ESPA29 scale is suitable for evaluation of family socialization.

Assessment preferences of preservice teachers: analysis according to academic level and relationship with learning styles and motivational orientation
2011
This study analyze the preferences of preservice teachers about different assessment procedures, and the relationship of these preferences with the students’ academic levels, learning styles and motivational orientations. The results confirmed that the preferences were structured on the basis of two orthogonal dimensions (preferences for conventional and non-conventional methods). There is also a sharp reduction in preferences for conventional procedures depending on the academic level considered, while a slight increase is observed in preferences for non-conventional one…
