Ievācu subkortikālo materiālu no sausokņiem Šneidera mizmīļa apdzīvotos mežos, no kura, izmantojot sērijveida atšķaidījumu metodi, izdalīju raugus un pelējumus. Starp raugu un pelējumu sabiedrībām uz Šneidera mizmīļa apdzīvotiem un neapdzīvotiem kokiem pastāvēja būtiska atšķirība. Izmantojot mizas sijāšanu ievācu arī subkortikālos bezmugurkaulniekus. Agile development benefits from fast feedback from various stakeholders. If implemented in a suitable way, formal methods can enhance the agile development process. With an executable formal specification, it is possible to analyse and simulate the behaviour of the target system before it is being built. However, for the users' and developers' natural participation in the development process, it is necessary to use a real end-user interface and bind it to the execution environment being used in the simulations and animations. Using a mobile application to support children's writing motivation

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to explore the use of the prototype of a mobile application for the enhancement of children's motivation for writing. The results are explored from students' and experts' perspectives.Design/methodology/approachThis study is based on a field trial and expert evaluations of a prototype of a mobile application. The field trial data consists of questionnaire data collected from elementary school students (n=25) who used the mobile prototype. Nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšana sabiedrības vajadzībām.

Īpašuma tiesības ir dažādos veidos ierobežotas. Viens no mūsdienās aktuāliem īpašuma tiesības ierobežojumiem ir īpašuma atsavināšana sabiedrības vajadzībām. Bakalaura darbā veikts pētījums par nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt tiesības uz īpašumu aizsardzību un ierobežojumus, analizēt šī brīža nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas tiesiskā regulējuma efektivitāti, pētot to kopsakarā ar aktuālu tiesu praksi, kā arī taisnīgas atlīdzības jēdzienu. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda uz tiesiskā regulējuma trūkumiem un autore piedāvā priekšlikumus par nepieciešamiem grozījumiem tiesību normās.

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt atsavināšanas sabiedrības vajadzībām tiesiskā regulējuma problēmas un identificēt iespējamos risinājumus. Darba pirmajā daļā autore pēta īpašumu kā tiesību institūtu un tā mijiedarbību ar atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām. Darba otrajā daļā tiek analizēts atsavināšanas sabiedrības vajadzībām tiesiskais regulējums, aplūkojot gan tiesības uz īpašumu starptautiskajos cilvēktiesību dokumentos, gan Latvijas tiesisko regulējumu par īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām.
