In Estonia, the key decisions concerning media accountability were made in the 1990s: First, a press council was established in 1991, then a code of ethics was adopted in 1997, and an ombudsperson institution for the public broadcasting was established in 2007. Since then, there has not been any improvement – the accountability system has not been adapted to the challenges of digitalization and the internet, and even the code of ethics has not been amended accordingly. Tutkimuksessa arvioidaan kahden julkisen sektorin organisaation kyberammatillisen osaamisen nykyisiä ja lähitulevaisuuden tarpeita. Tutkimuksen kohdeorganisaatioissa kyberammatillinen osaaminen liittyy vahvasti niiden ydintoimintoihin. Kyberammatillista osaamista tarkastellaan NCWF-viitekehyksen kategorioiden ja eritysalueiden kautta. Viitekehyksen luokittelujen perusteella laaditaan organisaatiokohtainen ydinkompetenssiesitys organisaatio-osaamisen näkökulmasta. ABSTRACTThis article investigates how nationwide Finnish youth civil society organizations frame their approaches to youth participation. By analyzing data from interviews, websites, and annual reports, five frames are identified. The frames differ in how they define the purpose of participation, whom they see as the main actors, and what kind of member, volunteer, or other participant roles they provide to young people. Three frames are used as master frames that see young people as agents, learners, or targets of support; two subordinate frames expand the scopes of the organizations. Only some of the frames include any concept of integrating young people into the civil society.

The dissertation is concerned with the speeches of Vihtori Kosola (1884–1936), recruiter of jäger, strike breaker and activist. Kosola assumed the leadership of the Lapua Movement in 1929. His most significant speeches were delivered on the peasants’ march of 7 July 1930 and on the 15th anniversary of the war of independence on 16 May 1933. Kosola was a political speaker and the figurehead of the Patriotic people’s movement (IKL) founded in 1932. The Study focuses on Kosola’s speeches applying rhetorical-semantic concept analysis with regard to the changes occurring in the main concepts. Tutkimuksessa on selvitetty verkkokielen vaikutusta jyväskyläläisnuorten puheessa. Tutkimus nojaa kansanling-vistiikkaa mukaillen nuorten omiin kielellisiin käsityksiin ja asenteisiin kyseisestä aiheesta. Aineisto on kerätty kahden ryhmähaastattelun avulla Jyväskylän normaalikoulussa talvella 2015, jolloin haastateltavat olivat kahdek-sasluokkalaisia. Tarkoituksena on ollut selvittää, mitä verkkokielen ilmauksia on siirtynyt jyväskyläläisnuorten puheeseen. Sen lisäksi nuorilta tiedusteltiin tietoa sanojen alkuperästä, merkityksistä ja käyttötilanteista sekä siitä ovatko merkitykset muuttuneet alkuperäisistä merkitystään ilmausten yleistyttyä myös puheeseen. Forms of sustainable lifestyles and more responsible ways to consume have become more popular in recent years. This is reflected also in that mainstream media discusses about sustainability. Similarly, there is a growing interest on organic produce, the organic market has grown steadily from the turn of the century. Due to the growing popularity of sustainability, the way media communicates about the issue, is of interest.
