Deposition of tin sulfide thin films from tin(iv) thiolate precursors
2001
AACVD (aerosol-assisted chemical vapour deposition) using (PhS)(4)Sn as precursor leads to the deposition of Sn3O4 in the absence of H2S and tin sulfides when H2S is used as co-reactant. At 450 degreesC the film deposited consists of mainly SnS2 while at 500 degreesC SnS is the dominant component. The mechanism of decomposition of (PhS)(4)Sn is discussed and the structure of the precursor presented.

Bakalaura darba tēma ir aviokatastrofu atveidojuma ētiskie aspekti ziņu portālu apollo.lv, delfi.lv un tvnet.lv publikāciju vizuālajos materiālos. Darba galvenais mērķis ir noskaidrot kā pētījumā apskatīto ziņu portālu publikāciju titulbildēs atveidotas traģiskākās 2014. gadā notikušās aviokatastrofas un kādu nozīmi tās piedēvē aviokatastrofām. Datu ieguvei un analīzei pielietota semiotiskā analīze, daļēji strukturētas intervijas un kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatītas teorijas par ziņu komercializāciju, fotožurnālistikas ētiku, interneta žurnālistiku un nāves un katastrofu atveidošanu medijos. Darba empīriskajā daļā analizētas publikāciju titulbildes un intervijas.
Ponnistelujen ja palkkioiden epäsuhdan sekä ylisitoutuneisuuden yhteys työn intohimoon

Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli lisätä tietoa työssä ilmenevien ponnistelujen ja palkkioiden epäsuhdan sekä ylisitoutuneisuuden yhteyksistä kahteen erilaiseen työn intohimoon: harmoniseen ja pakonomaiseen. Tutkimus kohdistui 270 suomalaiseen toimihenkilöön. Tutkittavista 220 oli miehiä (81.5%) ja tutkittavien keski-ikä oli 42 vuotta (kh 3.3, vaihteluväli 34—47). Hierarkkisen lineaarisen regressioanalyysin tulokset osoittivat, että ponnistelujen ja palkkioiden epäsuhta selitti korkeaa harmonista työn intohimoa. Dialogical view on learner agency of immigrant pupils : a case study of the learners of Finnish as L2

This study explores the dialogical nature of agency when two immigrant pupils, who are learning Finnish as their new target language, are authoring their selves. Bakhtin’s dialogism was the inspiration for this examination of the discourses that surround the L2 pupils’ agency and how they respond to discourses through their agency. Ethnographically oriented data collection included classroom observations, the pupils’ portfolios, and interviews with the pupils (as main participants) and meaningful adults.
