Darba mērķis ir definēt galvenās tēmas un metodes, kas izmantotas, veidojot Apple zīmolam piederošo produktu un funkciju nosaukumus, kā arī partneru izmantotos nosaukumus, uz kuriem Apple atsaucas, lai pilnveidotu sava zīmola stāstu. Pētījuma gaitā tika analizētas izvēlētas Apple oficiālās reklāmas, analizējot, kā reklāmās minēto zīmolu nosaukumu nozīme atklājas semiotiski, pragmatiski, semantiski un kā šī nozīme palīdz pilnveidot Apple zīmola stāstu. Pēc darba rezultātiem var secināt, ka Apple zīmols izmanto vārdus no cilvēka ķermeņa semantiskā lauka, lai ierīces iespējas un produkti iegūtu personiskāku nokrāsu. WordNet is a state-of-the-art lexical resource used in many tasks in Natural Language Processing, also in multi-word expression (MWE) recognition. However, not all MWEs recorded in WordNet could be indisputably called lexicalised. Some of them are semantically compositional and show no signs of idiosyncrasy. This state of affairs affects all evaluation measures that use the list of all WordNet MWEs as a gold standard. Silesian cuisine is an area in which various influences, especially German and Polish, come together to from a colourful network. They are reflected in the form of various dishes and drinks, but also at the level of language, which is used in the context of Silesian cuisine. Focusing on this, the article presents the German- and Polish-language publications on Silesian cuisine, after which the interplay of German and Polish in the naming of the dishes and drinks found in Silesian cuisine is addressed.
Continuum: A spatiotemporal data model to represent and qualify filiation relationships

International audience; This work introduces an ontology-based spatio-temporal data model to represent entities evolving in space and time. A dynamic phenomenon generates a complex relationship network between the entities involved in the process. At the abstract level, the relationships can be identity or topological filiations. The existence of an identity filiation depends on whether the object changes its identity or not.
