This paper presents a communicational semiopragmatics approach to the question of identity in interpersonal and intercultural communication. The model which we have developed (Boutaud, 2005, Frame, 2008) seeks to relate macro-level and micro-level approaches to communication (both in terms of culture and of identity), in order to take into account both the prefigured and the emergent aspects of meaning construction in an interpersonal encounter. Tietotekniikka-alalla on ollut isoja organisaatiomuutoksia, mikä on näkynyt myös ict-alan työllistämisessä. Henkilöstöltä vaaditaan jatkuvaa muutoskykyä ja osaamisen kehittymistä. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tarkastella, millaisia keinoja pop/jazz –laulaja käyttää erilaisten tunnetilojen ilmaisemiseen ja kuinka paljon hän kiinnittää huomiota tunneilmaisuun esitettävän kappaleen harjoitteluvaiheessa. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisin menetelmin teemahaastattelemalla kahta aktiivisesti esiintyvää ammattilaulajaa. Tuloksista selvisi, että negatiivisten tunteiden, kuten surun ja vihan, kohdalla huomiota kiinnitetään enemmän äänenkäyttöön, kun taas positiivisia tunteita, kuten iloa, ilmaistaan spontaanimmin liikkeiden ja ilmeiden avulla. La méthode de la complexité pour comprendre la plurisémiocité des discours numériques : de l’efficacité de TikTok

Based on a corpus of videos collected on the Tik Tok platform, our study aims to analyse the plurisemicity and memetic functioning of these productions. We seek to show the effectiveness of these native productions of Tik Tok through a strategic and integrated use of different semis. This is why we are working on the analysis of digital discourses and post-dualist epistemological work in this field of language sciences. Through our analytical work, we wish to contribute to the questioning of written/oral, man/machine and text/image oppositions.

Abstract The article investigates the question of the experiential location of the area of play, comparing the accounts of Eugen Fink and Donald Winnicott. It argues that while Fink builds on the phenomenological distinction between subjective phantasy and external perception, and accordingly introduces the area of play as a hybrid realm, a peculiar combination of the two, Winnicott considers the area of play as something that underlies and developmentally precedes the experiential differentiation between phantasy and external reality. Sicilian semi- and supercentenarians: identification of age-related T cell immunophenotype to define longevity trait

: The immunophenotype of oldest centenarians, i.e., semi- and supercentenarians, could provide important information about their ability to adapt to factors associated with immune changes, including ageing per se and chronic Cytomegalovirus infection. We investigated, by flow cytometry, variations in percentages and absolute numbers of immune cell subsets, focusing on T cells, and pro-inflammatory parameters in a cohort of 28 women and 26 men (age range 19-110 years).
