La presente memoria recopila los estudios realizados durante casi veinte años sobre la Familia Orchidaceae centrados en el sistema ibérico si bien también incluye consideraciones acerca de otras especies que habitan en el resto de territorios ibéricos y de las islas Baleares y Canarias. El sistema ibérico es una cadena montañosa heterogénea que se extiende unos 400 km en la mitad oriental peninsular en sentido noroeste-sureste. Tutkimuksessa olen tarkastellut aineistona yhdysvaltalaisia propagandajulisteita toisen maailmansodan ajalta ja vertaillut niiden sisältöä Trumanin opin käynnistämään poliittiseen kulttuuriin. Propagandajulisteiden retoriikassa Yhdysvallat kuvattiin usein pyyteettömänä vapauden puolustajana, joka vastustaa totalitaristista hallintoa kaikkialla maailmassa. Totalitarismi kuvattiin uhkana Yhdysvaltain poliittiselle järjestelmälle, minkä vuoksi kaikkia kansalaisia kannustettiin osallistumaan toimintoihin, joilla edistettiin sotatavoitteita. El objetivo que nos proponemos en este estudio será el de presentar el fenómeno de la polisemia desde el punto de vista de la didáctica de las lenguas extranjeras. El análisis de voces polisémicas y el hecho de que el número de sentidos de una lexía en una lengua determinada rara vez sea igual a la cantidad de sentidos del vocablo equivalente en otra lengua, puede ofrecer al profesor una oportunidad para introducir, de manera sencilla y natural, actividades para profundizar en esta cuestión. Heavy-Ion-Induced Degradation in SiC Schottky Diodes : Incident Angle and Energy Deposition Dependence

Heavy-ion-induced degradation in the reverse leakage current of SiC Schottky power diodes exhibits a strong dependence on the ion angle of incidence. This effect is studied experimentally for several different bias voltages applied during heavy-ion exposure. In addition, TCAD simulations are used to give insight on the physical mechanisms involved. peerReviewed
The Abelian Kernel of an Inverse Semigroup

The problem of computing the abelian kernel of a finite semigroup was first solved by Delgado describing an algorithm that decides whether a given element of a finite semigroup S belongs to the abelian kernel. Steinberg extended the result for any variety of abelian groups with decidable membership. In this paper, we used a completely different approach to complete these results by giving an exact description of the abelian kernel of an inverse semigroup. An abelian group that gives this abelian kernel was also constructed.

The plan concerning different dissemination/communication activities during three years of the project implementation is given. Scientific results are proposed to be disseminated in well-recognized bi-annual international conferences, such as European Conference on Composite Materials (ECCM) and International Conference on Composite Materials (ICCM). Self-archiving of the main project results is planned within subject-based open-access repositories, such as ResearchGate and Zenodo. Two scientific publications in Q1-Q2 SCI journals and two popular scientific publications in popular scientific Latvian journals are foreseen. During the second year of the project implementation different dissemination/communication activities were carried out. The scientific results of the project were presented on two conferences ICSAAM 2019, September 12-15, 2019 (Ischia, Italy) and DFMN 2019, November 19-22, 2019 (Moscow, Russia). Based on the conference presentation two conference full papers were prepared and submitted for the publication in conference proceedings having open access and indexed in Scopus.
