Maģistra darbs “Sabiedrības tiesības kritizēt tiesu kā tiesību uz vārda brīvību elements” ir izstrādāts Latvijas Universitātes Juridiskās fakultātes Tiesību teorijas un vēstures zinātņu katedrā. Tiger nut (Cyperus esculentus L.) is a sweet tuber mostly cultivated in Eastern Spain (Valencia) and in west Africa. Its nutritional profile stands out for the high fiber and unsaturated fat content; moreover, the moderate protein amount might make it suitable for the nutritional enrichment of gluten free foods. The objective of this thesis was to extend the applications of tiger nut as gluten free (GF) ingredient in noodles making and snacks. Darbinieka uzteikumā, pamatojoties uz tikumības un taisnprātības apsvērumiem, iekļautas divas ģenerālklauzulas. Šī darba ietvaros tika noskaidrots šo ģenerālklauzulu likuma ietvars un saturs. Konstatēts, ka tiesas apsvērumu iemeslus saista ar darba devēja rīcību un nemantiskām vērtībām, kas neatbilst tiesu praksē atzītajam konkrētā uzteikuma mērķim un funkcijām. Meklējot piemērotākos risinājumus regulējuma uzlabošanai, tika vērtēta darba tiesību normu attīstība Latvijā un salīdzinošā aspektā aplūkoti Igaunijas, Šveices darba likumi, kā arī Latvijas Komerclikums. Since 2020, the teaching of the A1 language starts in grade 1. In order to study the shift to an earlier start to the teaching of the A1 language, a survey of the teaching of A1 languages in grade 1 was carried out with the focus on the most common A1 languages: Finnish in the Swedish-medium schools and English in the Finnish-medium schools. The article examines the teachers’ perceptions of starting the teaching of A1 languages in grade 1. The data consists of 644 answers to an online questionnaire, of which 94 apply to A1 Finnish and 550 to A1 English.
