La teoria del diritto come pratica sociale e la coercizione

Poiche non si puo trattare del posto che la coercizione ha nel concetto di diritto senza far riferimento ad una specifica teoria del diritto, il paper ricostruisce le linee generali della teoria del diritto come pratica sociale, focalizzando in particolare l’obiettivo del diritto di custodire l’agency dei consociati per contrastare l’uso arbitrario del potere. Nella seconda parte si affronta dal punto di vista del diritto come pratica sociale il tema generale della coercizione giuridica e ci si chiede soprattutto se l’uso giuridico della forza non sia anch’esso nella sostanza una forma di potere che contraddice il fine generale della custodia dell’agency.

The juxtaposition of action and research conveys a sense of the richness and complexity of action research, yet it does not entirely translate its nuanced and sophisticated philosophy. Pese a la enorme relevancia del futbol en la sociedad espanola, algunas de sus pautas y procesos caracteristicos han sido poco examinados por la investigacion sociologica. Este articulo presenta una investigacion sobre la identificacion con los principales clubes de futbol en la sociedad espanola e incluye un analisis de los dos principales componentes de la cultura futbolistica de sus aficionados, esto es, la vinculacion y el compromiso personal con el club. A Phenomenographic Study of Adolescents’ Conceptions of Health Information Appraisal as a Critical Component of Adolescent Health Literacy

This paper reports on a health literacy study that explored adolescents’ conceptualizations of health information appraisal as a social practice in Latvia. The study was guided by phenomenography, a qualitative research approach used to describe people’s conceptions of a particular phenomenon. A purposive, maximum variation sampling was used, and 24 adolescents were recruited to take part in the study, ranging from 13 to 16 year-olds. Il tema dello spazio pubblico è ormai da anni al centro del dibattito non solo disciplinare. La loro realizzazione, ma soprattutto la loro gestione, risulta complessa e spesso bloccata negli ingranaggi burocratici e di competenze che caratterizzano, ormai, la maggior parte delle amministrazioni.
