Przestrzenne zróżnicowanie kosztów funkcjonowania domów pomocy społecznej w Polsce w 2016 roku

Celem artykułu było wykazanie zróżnicowania poziomu kosztów utrzymania mieszkańca w domach pomocy społecznej (DPS) w Polsce w 2016 r. Wartość współczynnika zmienności (12,9%) potwierdziła, że DPS w Polsce różnią się ze względu na poziom kosztów utrzymania ich mieszkańców. Dalsza analiza dotyczyła korelacji pomiędzy kosztami w DPS i zmiennymi opisującymi poziom rozwoju gospodarczego danego regionu. Uzyskane wyniki pozwoliły na stwierdzenie, że wyższemu poziomowi PKB odpowiadały wyższe koszty w DPS. Zestawienie kosztów utrzymania w DPS z poziomem przeciętnych emerytur w poszczególnych województwach wykazało, że osoby starsze nie są w stanie pokryć nawet połowy kosztów pobytu. Oznacza to, że o…

Gminy jako najmniejsze jednostki samorządu terytorialnego w Polsce są odpowiedzialne za działania z zakresu pomocy społecznej. Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy analizy sytuacji na rynku usług opiekuńczych świadczonych przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego (JST), a szczególnie finansowych konsekwencji starzenia się społeczeństwa, które przejawiają się m.in. w rosnących wydatkach gmin na opłatę pobytu mieszkańców w domach pomocy społecznej (DPS). Domy pomocy społecznej stanowią szczególny rodzaj zbiorowych gospodarstw domowych, których mieszkańcami mogą być osoby starsze. This dissertation analyses expertise-by-experience in Finnish social welfare organisations as part of the participatory practices presented as new democracy. It employs a governmental ethnographic method to investigate how a person with difficult experiences is made into ‘an expert of one’s own life’ and how the subjectivity thus created is connected to different possibilities and rationales of participation. This study examines how disability service workers identify the discourses of the client-worker relationships. We studied the clientworker relationship from the perspective of the relational dialectics theory with a focus on relational contradictions and the meanings created within discursive struggles. We analyzed the interview data from 22 social workers using contrapuntal analysis. We study the endogenous formation of networks between manufacturers of differentiated goods and multi-product retailers who interact in a successive duopoly. Joint consent is needed to establish and/or maintain a costly link between a manufacturer and a retailer. Human-centered design methods should be implemented throughout the client information system (CIS) development process to understand social welfare professionals’ needs, tasks, and contexts of use. The aim of this study was to examine Finnish social welfare professionals’ experiences of participating in CIS development. A national cross-sectional web-based survey on the CIS experiences of social welfare professionals (1145 respondents) was conducted in Finland in spring 2019. The article introduces four case studies from Wales, France and Finland and explores the situated, intergenerational and dynamic nature of collective participation in child welfare settings.
