Angina bullosa hemorrhagica (ABH) is a rare oral disorder characterized by blood-filled bullous lesions in the oral cavity and the oropharynx in the absence of an underlying systemic, haematological or mucocutaneous condition. The presentation of the lesions is acute and located on the lining mucosa, mainly on the soft palate. Often, these lesions are single and rupture easily leaving an ulcerated area. The intraosseous mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a rare lesion that frequently affects the posterior region of the mandible. This case reports a multilocular osteolytic radiolucency with two years of evolution, that expanded and perforated the cortical bone, with irregular and indefinite margins, that extended from the mandibular angle to the ascendant ramus, with cutaneous ulceration, detected in a 51 years-old male. An incisional biopsy was performed and confirmed the diagnosis of low-grade intraosseous mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Geographic stomatitis is an uncommon inflammatory condition of unknown etiology. It is characterized by reddish areas surrounded by white borders affecting any location in the oral cavity and presenting a migratory and cyclic pattern. The most common affected sites include buccal mucosa, labial mucosa and mucobuccal fold. Some patients can complain of pain or burning sensation. Peripheral odontogenic keratocyst (POKC) is a rare soft tissue entity showing the same histological characteristics of odontogenic keratocyst. Herein, we report two cases of POKC affecting the gingiva/alveolar mucosa. Case 1. A 43-year-old female was referred for evaluation of a painless well-defined nodular, sessile, non-tender swelling in the right maxillary buccal gingiva. No radiological alterations were observed. Primary stabilization was performed in 72 tibial fractures with sever open (n = 37) or closed (n = 35) soft tissue injury using unreamed interlocking nails. In 60 (83%) cases the fractures healed without additional procedures. There were 2 cases of osteitis, but both these fractures healed after removal of the nail or after reamed nailing. In 9 patients with delayed union reamed nailing (n = 8) or bone grafting (n = 1) led to healing. In 1 patient with hypertrophic pseudarthrosis, union was achieved after substitution of a reamed nail for the anreamed nail. The infection rate was similar to that observed with external fixation. Traumatic neuroma is a well-known disorder involving peripheral nerves, which occurs following trauma or surgery. The lesion develops most commonly in the soft tissues of the mental foramen area, lower lip and tongue. Intra-osseous lesions arising in jawbones are very uncommon. In this paper, we report a new case of an intra-osseous traumatic neuroma, discovered incidentally on a panoramic radiograph obtained for orthodontic documentation. Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare disorder characterized by high proliferation of Langerhans dendritic cells. LCH is a solitary or multifocal disease that primarily involves bone tissue and often affects children and young men. A new case of soft tissue myoepithelial carcinoma (MEC) with rhabdoid-like differentiation is presented including cytologic, histopathologic, immunohistochemical, and molecular biologic features. A 45-year-old woman was admitted to the Hospital with nodular mass involving the lower part of the abdominal wall. Fine-needle aspiration cytology showed a round cell tumor with abundant cytoplasm in the myxoid background. The nuclei were uniform, round to ovoid, with finely distributed chromatin, nucleoli, and pale, vacuolated, or eosinophilic cytoplasm with rhabdoid-like appearance resembling a soft tissue malignant rhabdoid tumor.
