This paper focuses on the field of Situational Method Engineering (SME) for the construction of agent-oriented design processes. Whatever SME approach a method designer wants to use, he has to manage two main elements: the (method or process) fragment and the repository where it is stored. This thesis studies the platform competition with compatibility, standardization and piracy. In the first chapter we study the role played by expectations, the strength of the network externality and product differentiation in the strategic decisions of the platforms regarding compatibility and price competition. The decision problem is modeled as a two-stage game. In the first stage platforms simultaneously and non-cooperatively choose the degree of compatibility and in the second stage platforms compete in prices. This paper investigates how a p2p television platform can take advantage of the presence of frequent channel viewers to grant them a more satisfying service than to less regular spectators. The idea we explore is to learn beforehand about the users' interests, in order to cluster them in groups that display different behaviors; then, the neighborhood creation strategy and video chunk scheduling algorithm of the overlay is altered, with the aim of serving frequent spectators in a privileged manner, providing them with a faster access to the selected channel without overly penalizing less habitual customers. Flexural Behavior of Steel Fibrous Reinforced Concrete Deep Beams

Experimental research was carried out regarding the flexural behavior of deep beams cast with plain and fibrous concrete with hooked steel fibers, and subjected to monotonic vertical loads. Four deep fiber-reinforced concrete beams were cast. Two of them were made of plain concrete with main and web steel reinforcements (RC), and two were made of hooked steel fiber-reinforced concrete (SFRC) with main steel reinforcements. The experimental results show the brittle behavior of reinforced deep RC members characterized by crushing of concrete struts and fracture of web steel bars. Tumours originating from the ceruminous glands can be classified into five types: adenomas, adenocarcinomas, adenoid-cystic carcinomas, pleomorphic adenomas and mucoepidermoid carcinomas. The diagnosis is based on histological findings and can be quite difficult if the tumour status has to be determined. Classification into one of the five types of tumours may be facilitated at times by studying the clinical pattern. Background Successful removal of salivary stones depends on exact pretreatment information of the location, the size and shape of the stones. This study aimed to compare the volume of submandibular sialoliths determined by preoperative Cone-Beam Computer Tomography (CBCT) scans with the volume of the removed stones on micro-Computer Tomography (micro-CT) scans. Material and Methods In this study, using twenty-one submandibular sialoliths, the pretreatment volumes in-vivo measured on CBCT were compared to the volumes of removed stones determined by micro-CT scans.
