Understanding the Study Experiences of Students in Low Agency Profile: Towards a Smart Education Approach

In this paper, we use student agency analytics to examine how university students who assessed to have low agency resources describe their study experiences. Students ( n=292 ) completed the Agency of University Students (AUS) questionnaire. Furthermore, they reported what kinds of restrictions they experienced during the university course they attended. The mediator role of specific individual differences and coping strategies, in the stressor – strain (effect) relationship is investigated in the present research. This article investigates how staff and management in Norwegian academic libraries have experienced the implementation of the new library management system Alma. As a new library management system is introduced, the need for learning on demand emerges. An anonymous survey was sent to all academic libraries in Norway, resulting in a total of 626 responses. This article presents the findings from this survey and provides some reflections on how a firm grip on knowledge management could have helped make such a transition easier.

W pracy przedstawiono badania nad możliwością wykorzystania odpadowego oleju silnikowego 15W-40 do bezpośredniego pozyskiwania energii elektrycznej. Pomiary obejmowały elektroutlenianie emulsji odpadowego (zużytego) oleju silnikowego 15W-40 na gładkiej elektrodzie platynowej w kwasowym elektrolicie (H2SO4). Do wytworzenia emulsji wykorzystano detergent Syntanol DS-10. Pomiary przeprowadzono w temperaturze 293-333K. Maksymalna uzyskana gęstość prądu wyniosła 19 mA/cm2 (dla temp. 333K). Badania wykazały możliwość bezpośredniego wytwarzania prądu elektrycznego z odpadowego oleju silnikowego 15W40, a więc możliwość zasilania nim ogniw paliwowych.
