Partycypacja społeczna w kontekście budowy trasy średnicowej w Opolu

Autor artykułu postawił sobie za cel opisanie przebiegu konfliktu przestrzennego oraz analizę procesu partycypacji społecznej w kontekście planowanej budowy trasy średnicowej przebiegającej przez wyspę Pasiekę w Opolu. Posługując się metodą studium przypadku podjęto próbę znalezienia odpowiedzi na pytania: czy władze samorządowe zastosowały „dobre praktyki” postulowane przez organizacje pozarządowe oraz jaką rolę odegrał w nich ruch miejski.

Resumen En buena parte de los 17 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible marcados como metas de la humanidad por la ONU se deja entrever la sostenibilidad. Debido al modelo socioproductivo dominante, el único modo de avanzar hacia territorios más sostenibles que permitan alcanzar y mantener el bienestar de la población mundial, es tener presente la necesidad de planificar adecuadamente el desarrollo territorial. Este trabajo reflexiona sobre esta necesidad y avanza en la definición de los principales criterios para alcanzar la sostenibilidad territorial en las escalas regionales y locales.

Darbā apkopota starptautiskā pieredze telpiskās attīstības plānošanas jomā un analizēta telpiskās attīstības plānošanas izglītība un tās sistēma Latvijā, vērtēts un analizēts studiju programmas absolventu viedoklis par studiju devumu darba tirgū, kā arī apkopots darba devēju viedoklis par esošo telpiskās attīstības plānošanas izglītības sistēmu. Balstoties uz maģistra darba ietvaros apkopoto informāciju autore sniegusi savu vērtējumu telpiskās attīstības plānošanas izglītības sistēmas uzlabošanai Latvijā.

Zagadnienie relacji między miejscowym planem zagospodarowania przestrzennego a studium uwarunkowań i kierunków zagospodarowania przestrzennego gminy stanowi przedmiot wieloletnich badań przedstawicieli nauki prawa, a także obszernych wypowiedzi sformułowanych w orzecznictwie. Wymóg, by plan miejscowy nie naruszał ustaleń studium, jest wymogiem ustawowym zawartym w przepisach art. 20 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 9 ust. 4 i art. 15 ust. 1 ustawy o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym.
