Electron trapping centres and cross sections in LiNbO3studied by57Co Mössbauer emission spectroscopy

Fast electron trapping processes and aliovalent charge states following the 57Co(EC)57Fe decay are studied in undoped, 5.4 mol% Mg-doped and 0.1 mol% Fe-doped LiNbO3 in various thermochemical reduction (TCR) states. Static 57Co Mossbauer emission spectra of congruent Mg:LiNbO3 recorded at T = 4.2 K in external magnetic field of 4.6 T are presented. Trapping cross section ratios are derived for Fe3+Li, Nb5+Li and Mg2+Li. A method to determine trap concentrations for TCR states of LiNbO3 is outlined. The electron-capture distance of the traps is found to be 2.7±1.4 nm. As this is much smaller than the 6 keV Auger-electron penetration depth, it is concluded that the distribution of the alioval…

The direct reaction between [VCl(3)(thf)3] or [VO(OEt)3] and 2,2'-thiobis{4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-butyl)phenol (tbopH(2)) leads to the formation of [V(2)(micro-tbop-kappa(3)O,S,O)2Cl(2)(CH(3)CN)(2)] (1).4CH(3)CN or [V(2)(micro-OEt)2(O)2(tbop-kappa(3)O,S,O)2] (2), respectively, in high yield. When transmitting e.g. Voice over IP (VoIP) on High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) SRB is mapped on HSDPA user data channel, High-Speed Downlink Shared Channel (HS-DSCH) in order to maximize voice capacity. PbS Nanodots Embedded in ZrO2 Thin Films for Ultraviolet Radiation Dosimetry

PbS nanodots embedded in ZrO2 thin film matrix (ZrO2:PbS films) were investigated for UV radiation dosimetry purposes. ZrO2:PbS films were UV irradiated using wavelengths 250 - 400 nm. Photoelectron emission spectra of ZrO2:PbS films were recorded and band structure of the films was calculated. It was found that density of localized states increased with increase in concentration of PbS nanodots which allowed to suggest that PbS nanodots are responsible for creation of localized states. Number of localized states decreased after UV irradiation. The linear correlation between number of localized states and time of UV exposure was observed. The purpose of this study is to conduct a systematic review about teachers’ knowledge of ASD, including teachers from any stage and specialization. Spray pyrolysis synthesis and characterization of Mg1-xSrxMoO4 heterostructure with white light emission

[EN] Molybdates are inorganic materials with great potential in white phosphors application, being an alternative to traditional lighting sources. In this study, we report the synthesis and characterization of Mg1-xSrxMoO4 (x = 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1) powders with white light-emitting properties. Using X-ray diffraction, the formation of the monoclinic beta-MgMoO4 phase was observed for x = 0 and the formation of the tetragonal scheelite phase of SrMoO4 was observed for x = 1. A non-targeted, ultra-high-resolution mass spectrometric, direct analysis of oak-wood extracts from two species (Quercus robur L. and Quercus petraea Liebl.) from three French forests, and of a wine aged in barrels derived therefrom has been performed to identify families of metabolites that could discriminate both the species and the geographical origin of woods. Abstract Theoretical consideration about the impact of methyl groups on the structure and vibrational properties of β-carotenoids, using medium size molecules of trans-butadiene and trans-isoprene, are reported. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations with correlation-consistent and polarization-consistent basis sets were applied to trans-1,3-butadiene and trans-isoprene as the smallest building bricks of β-carotenoids. Metal halide perovskites are mixed electronic-ionic semiconductors with an extraordinary rich optoelectronic behavior and the capability to function very efficiently as active layers in solar cells, with a record efficiency surpassing 23% nowadays.
