Forandring av selvoppfatning blant studenter i løpet av en bachelorutdanning i sykepleie

Selvoppfatning er av betydning for faglig framgang og kreativitet. Hensikten med denne studien var å beskrive forandring av selvoppfatning hos en gruppe sykepleierstudenter i løpet av sin treårige bachelorutdanning. En studiegruppe med 127 sykepleierstudenter ved en norsk høgskole besvarte et spørreskjema i første og siste studieår. Skalaer for måling av generell selvoppfatning og regelbevissthet samt spørsmål om bakgrunnsvariabler inngikk i spørreskjemaet. VOX Spain: The Organisational Challenges of a New Radical Right Party

This article examines the organisation of VOX, a new radical right party in Spain. It shows that the party has taken early and uneven steps to build a mass organisation and initially opted for open membership recruitment with participatory organisational elements. Also, the party’s rapid growth and quick entrance into political institutions at different state levels led the party leadership to establish more centralised control and limit members’ prerogatives, though recruitment continued. Exploring the impact of sustainable value proposition on firm performance

Considering the immense potential of sustainable business models in tackling the broader challenge of corporate sustainability, this paper integrates the literature streams on sustainability practices and organizational business models to analyze the performance implications of a firm's sustainable value proposition. Based on the analysis of a large panel dataset across different industries, consistent with the proposed theory, a sustainable value proposition has been found to have a positive impact on a firm's market-based financial performance (namely, Tobin's Q). This article analyzes the genesis and meaning of the concept of a “social rule of law” (sozialer Rechtsstaat) which Heller put forward in the particular context of The Weimar Republic. Heller was at this time one of the jurists who criticized the liberal ideal of law. He instead promoted a social conception that would take socio-economic inequalities into consideration. However, this did not imply eliminating the rule of law; it was rather a question of extending it or elevating it to a higher point – which he called “social democracy” and from 1929, “social rule of law”. In the context of the crisis of democracy, this kind of statement clearly had a political dimension.
