Vuonna 2016 voimaan tulleessa kirjanpitolain uudistuksessa oikeaa ja riittävää kuvaa koskeva lainkohta sai lisämääreikseen olennaisuuden sekä toiminnan laadun ja laajuuden. Analysoimme tässä artikkelissa sitä, mitä kyseiset seikat tarkoittavat oikean ja riittävän kuvan yhteydessä, ja mihin muutos perustuu. Oikea ja riittävä kuva sisältyi ensimmäisen kerran kansalliseen lainsäädäntöömme vuoden 1992 kirjanpitolain uudistuksessa. Olennaisuus on keskeinen teema uudessa tilinpäätösdirektiivissä, ja se on ollut keskeinen osa suomalaista hyvää kirjanpitotapaa, mikä on näkynyt esimerkiksi työ- ja elinkeinoministeriön yhteydessä toimivan kirjanpitolautakunnan (KILA) lausunnoissa. Physical activity and sedentary time in relation to academic achievement in children

Objectives To investigate the independent and combined associations of objectively measured moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) and sedentary time (ST) with reading and arithmetic skills. Design Cross-sectional/prospective. Methods Participants were 89 boys and 69 girls aged 6–8 years. MVPA and ST were measured using a combined heart rate and movement sensor and body fat percentage by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in Grade 1. Reading fluency, reading comprehension, and arithmetic skills were assessed using standardized tests in Grades 1–3. Artykuł przedstawia proces walidacji narzędzia pomiarowego, diagnozującego style partycypacji kulturalnej człowieka dorosłego. Jego celem jest opis uzyskanych wyników w poszczególnych etapach walidacji oraz określenie związku pomiędzy stylami partycypacji kulturalnej a układami kultury prezentowanymi przez socjologów kultury. L’Allocation Method nella stima delle aree edificabili

The allocation method does value the building areas on the base of the exchange coefficient, but sometimes it is applied in an uncritical way. Following the traditional appraisal is it possible to precise the methodological conditions. The study means to demonstrate that the market value of the building area is obtained multiplying the construction cost by the ratio between the exchange coefficient and its complementary one. The new formulation considers the effective costs and proceeds distribution in the time, with the cash flows analysis, and moreover concurs to express convenience judgments for building area transactions.
CEUS LI-RADS: a pictorial review

AbstractContrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) greatly improved the diagnostic accuracy of US in the detection and characterization of focal liver lesions (FLLs), and it is suggested and often included in many international guidelines as an important diagnostic tool in the imaging work-up of cirrhotic patients at risk for developing hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In particular, CEUS Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS) provides standardized terminology, interpretation, and reporting for the diagnosis of HCC. The aim of this pictorial essay is to illustrate CEUS features of nodules discovered at US in cirrhotic liver according to LI-RADS categorization.
