Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tutkia yliopisto-opiskelijoiden urasopeutuvuutta ja ohjaustarpeita, sekä niiden yhteyttä taustatekijöihin (sukupuoli, tiedekunta, opintojen vaihe) ja toisiinsa. Urasopeutuvuudella tarkoitetaan niitä asenteita, kykyjä ja käyttäytymismalleja, joita yksilö hyödyntää sopeutuessaan työelämän eri vaiheisiin. Tutkimus on osa sähköistä, Student Life -rahoitteista Onko Hoppu? -hyvinvointikyselyä. Aineistona ovat Jyväskylän yliopiston 2. ja 4. vuosikurssin opiskelijat (n = 790). Participation has increasingly become a means and an end for successful and ‘empowering’ social policy. Building on previous governmentality critiques of participatory initiatives, this article investigates practices of resistance in the context of Finnish participatory social policy. I adopt a Foucauldian counter-conducts approach as my lens to study critical speech as a form of resistance in initiatives that invite marginalised people as ‘experts-by-experience’ in social welfare organisations. The Gaia-ESO Public Spectroscopic Survey

The Gaia-ESO Public Spectroscopic Survey has begun and will obtain high quality spectroscopy of some 100000 Milky Way stars, in the field and in open clusters, down to magnitude 19, systematically covering all the major components of the Milky Way. This survey will provide the first homogeneous overview of the distributions of kinematics and chemical element abundances in the Galaxy. The motivation, organisation and implementation of the Gaia-ESO Survey are described, emphasising the complementarity with the ESA Gaia mission. Spectra from the very first observing run of the survey are presented.

Diplomdarba tēma: Integrētā mācību pieeja sporta stundās 5. un 6. klašu grupās, tika izvēlēta darba autorei saskaroties un praktizējot integrēto mācību pieeju angļu valodas stundās. Šīs pieejas izmantošana stundas padarīja saistošākas un uzlaboja skolēnu ieinteresētību un attieksmi pret stundu darbu, tādēļ tika veikts pētījums, kurā šo pieeju izmantoja sporta stundās. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika analizēta literatūra un informācijas resursi par integrēto mācību pieeju un skolēnu mācību procesu, lai rastu priekšstatu par skolēnu vajadzībām un mācību procesa dažādošanas nepieciešamību.
