Valodu politika Spānijā un Latvijā. Esošās situācijas salīdzinošā analīze un attīstības tendences

Šis maģistra darbs ir par valodas politiku un plānošanu Spānijā un Latvijā, un tajā tiek analizētas šo politiku tendences minētajās valstīs. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt galvenās esošās valodu politikas un plānošanas teorijas, galvenokārt nacionālā līmenī, kā arī analizēt esošo situāciju un tendences valodu politikas attīstībā Spānijā un Latvijā. Pētījuma rezultāti pierāda, ka valodu politika ietekmē sociolingvistisko situāciju un izmaiņas tajā. Il contributo analizza criticamente la sentenza resa dalla Suprema Corte di cassazione a sezioni unite civili nel maggio 2019 (Cass. civ., sez. un., 8 maggio 2019, n. 12193) che ha affermato la non trascrivibilità in Italia, per contrarietà all'ordine pubblico, del certificato di nascita straniero che attribuisce la paternità dei figli nati tramite gestazione per altri ai due componenti di una coppia di uomini che ha avviato il progetto procreativo. La disamina mette in rilievo taluni aspetti critici dell'argomentare della Corte ed evidenzia le ragioni che stanno a fondamento della diversa soluzione interpretativa proposta.

Valstis, kā, piemēram, Vācija, Šveice un Austrija ir noteikušas, ka dzīvnieki nav lietas. Tika pētīta tiesību aktu, kas noteic dzīvnieku tiesisko statusu un aizsardzību, izcelsme un attīstība, analizēti filozofu viedokļi par dzīvnieku būtību. Factors controlling hydrochemical and trophic state variables in 86 shallow lakes in Europe

In order to disentangle the causes of variations in water chemistry among European shallow lakes, we performed standardised sampling programs in 86 lakes along a latitudinal gradient from southern Spain to northern Sweden. Lakes with an area of 0.1 to 27 000 ha and mean depth of 0.4–5.6 m located in low to high altitudes were investigated within the EC project ECOFRAME 1–4 times during June–October 2000–2001. The scientific literature is scarce when referring to the influence of atmospheric pollutants on neurodegenerative diseases for present and future climate change scenarios. In this sense, this contribution evaluates the incidence of dementia (Alzheimer's disease, AD, and dementia from unspecified cause, DU) occurring in Europe associated with the exposure to air pollution (essentially NO2 and PM2.5) for the present climatic period (1991-2010) and for a future climate change scenario (RCP8.5, 2031-2050).
