Abstract:The purpose of this study is to explore and describe service users’ subjective experiences of mental health crisis. The main research question is: How do people with severe mental health problems experience and understand mental health crisis? Based on a hermeneutic-phenomenological methodology, in-depth interviews with seven participants have been carried out to encourage reflections on mental health crisis experiences. The findings reveal the crisis as being complex and multifaceted, which contains two dimensions in experiencing crisis—an existential dimension (personal) and a contextual (social) dimension. Transcatheter radiofrequency perforation and stent implantation for palliation of pulmonary atresia in a 3060-g infant

In a 3060-g infant with fibromuscular pulmonary atresia an open right ventricular outflow tract was created by means of interventional cardiological methods. Following two inadvertent perforations without sequelae or clinical symptoms, radiofrequency perforation and subsequent balloon dilatation were successfully performed. The implantation of a Palmaz iliac stent led to a predictable communication between the right ventricle and pulmonary artery.

Patients with hepatitis-B surface antigen positive liver diseases and healthy carriers were studied for the presence of e-antigen and anti-e as well as for intrahepatocellular HBsAG and hepatitis-B core antigen. The e-antigen was demonstrated in 9 out of 12 patients with chronic perisitent hepatitis, in 15 out of 39 patients with chronic active hepatitis, in 3 out of 40 patients with acute type B hepatitis, and in 2 out of 9 patients with a protracted course of type B hepatitis. No e-antigen was found in healthy HBsAG carriers nor in patients with complete recovery from type B hepatitis one year after onset of the disease. Prediction of functions is one of processes considered in inductive inference. There is a "black box" with a given total function f in it. The result of the inductive inference machine F( ) is expected to be f(n+1). Deterministic and probabilistic prediction of functions has been widely studied. Frequency computation is a mechanism used to combine features of deterministic and probabilistic algorithms. Frequency computation has been used for several types of inductive inference, especially, for learning via queries. We study frequency prediction of functions and show that that there exists an interesting hierarchy of predictable classes of functions.
