International audience; In a context of competition between student cities, the local level is increasingly involved in improving student living conditions and is working to make their territory more attractive to students. A focus is made on the "Aide à l'Installation dans un Logement pour les Étudiants" (Help for students to settle in) of the city of Paris, a system that aims to promote the social mix of students. Wybór zawodu to bardzo istotna decyzja, przed podjęciem której staje każdy młody człowiek. Ma ona istotny wpływ na dalsze życie (zawodowe i poniekąd osobiste) każdego człowieka. Dlatego w trakcie edukacji uczeń może skorzystać z pomocy specjalistów z zakresu orientacji i poradnictwa zawodowego. W artykule omówione zostały podstawy prawne funkcjonowania doradztwa zawodowego w polskich placówkach oświatowych. Ponadto przedstawione zostały wymagania formalne, zakres obowiązków i cechy charakteru, jakimi musi legitymować się szkolny doradca zawodowy.

The research was carried out as part of a vast project to combat failure in university studies, the provision of guidance and mentoring for students entering the university for the first time, with a view to improving the services offered. First, it was meant to verify the content validity of a self-assessment questionnaire of one's own study habits (ASU 2021) built and validated more than twenty years ago. È stata effettuata un’indagine pilota ispirata alla teoria di Pennebaker e ai principi della scuola rogersiana di counseling. 88 studenti del quinto anno di un liceo di Enna hanno partecipato, tra il mese di novembre 2015 e il mese di maggio 2016, a un progetto di orientamento che ha previsto la sperimentazione della metodologia educativa «SeCo» (Scrittura espressiva e Colloquio di orientamento) per la costruzione del loro progetto di vita professionale. L’applicazione di questa metodologia ha implicato lo svolgimento di due attività formative: tre sessioni di scrittura espressivo-prospettica e tre colloqui individuali di orientamento.
