Celem artykułu jest określenie poziomu rozwoju zrównoważonego miast metropolitalnych w Polsce w ramach trzech podstawowych wymiarów tego zjawiska. The aim of this research was to determine the impact of various nitrogen fertilization systems in soya cultivation on quality and quantity of crop, as well as to examine the economic aspects of sustainable farming. The study was based on research carried out in the Variety Assessment Research Station of Głubczyce (years: 2015-2017). The soybean, protein and fat of four soya varieties (Glycine max (L.)Merrill) non-GMO (Augusta, Mavka, Aligator, Lissabon) were compared, using varying doses of N/ha (0, 30 and 60 kg). The principal goal of the paper is to identify the influence of the industrial sphere on the development of and changes in a city, according to rules of sustainable development. The first part of the paper is centered on the phenomena of urban growth, in order to set the rules for a sustainable scenario of urban development. Then we enter the core of the paper that is the comparison of models. For each of the three compared models, we describe its main theoretical characteristics, the chosen parameters, and the obtained results.
