Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) is an autoinflammatory disease characterised by fever and arthritis. We describe the case of a 14-year-old girl hospitalised with fever associated with rash, myalgia, arthralgia and polyarticular involvement. Examinations revealed increased levels of C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, ferritin, triglycerides, leukocytes, neutrophils, lactate dehydrogenase, fibrinogen, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT). We determined whether six-weeks endurance exercise, without changing diet, affected the gut metagenome and systemic metabolites of overweight women. Previously sedentary overweight women (n = 19) underwent a six-weeks endurance exercise intervention, but two were excluded due to antibiotic therapy. Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt slodzes intensitātes un ilguma, kā arī fiziskās sagatavotības līmeņa un imobilizācijas ietekmi uz citokīnu un citu slodzes izraisītu signālvielu koncentrācijām asinīs. Kopumā 98 jauni, veseli un fiziski aktīvi vīrieši piedalījās 4 dažādos fiziskās slodzes testos. Asins paraugi citokīnu un citu signālvielu noteikšanai tika ņemti pirms, pēc, kā arī slodzes laikā. Rezultāti liecina, ka akūta fiziskā slodze izraisa iekaisuma molekulu koncentrācijas pieaugumu asinīs. In this paper, the fractional spectral moments method (H-FSM) is used to generate stationary Gaussian multivariate processes with assigned power spectral density matrix.
