Uno strumento virtuale per il monitoraggio e il controllo di un impianto fotovoltaico a concentrazione

In questa memoria si presenta una sintesi delle attività condotte nell'ambito del progetto SERPICO ("Sviluppo E Realizzazione di Prototipi di Inverter per impianti fotovoltaici a Concentrazione", PO-FESR Sicilia 2007-2013, Misura 4.1.1.2). Il progetto ha riguardato lo sviluppo di un prototipo di impianto fotovoltaico-termico a concentrazione e del relativo sistema di monitoraggio e controllo. Tale sistema permette di acquisire le quantità sia elettriche che termiche. Inoltre esso implementa un algoritmo per l'inseguimento solare utilizzato per ottimizzare la produzione di potenza.

In this article we considere the reasons for evaluating the educational system. The quality of education is a preoccupation of the governments, specially in time of crisis and of educational reforms and this quality needs and evaluation of all the educational system. In Spain the National Institute of Quality and Evaluation has been recently created in order to carry out this evaluation. We reflect about the subject and also about the methods and the agents of this evaluation. We ask for a democratic and cooperative evaluation.

En esta investigación se analiza el funcionamiento y la organización de los sistemas de apoyo utilizados en centros de Educación Infantil y Primaria de la Comunidad Valenciana. Planteamos hasta qué punto los sistemas de apoyo en estos centros contribuyen a mejorar la organización de un sistema inclusivo que resulte accesible para todos. En el estudio de casos han participado 24 profesionales pertenecientes a cuatro centros que tienen diferentes modalidades de escolarización. La città di Palermo e la sua valle circostante sono un importante paesaggio storico irriguo, caratterizzato da strutture idrauliche sotterranee e da una lunga tradizione di sistemi di irrigazione ereditati dalla presenza islamica in Sicilia nel medioevo (IX-XI secolo). Low‐Valent Germanylidene Anions: Efficient Single‐Site Nucleophiles for Activation of Small Molecules

Abstract Rare mononuclear and helical chain low‐valent germanylidene anions supported by cyclic (alkyl)(amino)carbene and hypermetallyl ligands were synthesised by stepwise reduction from corresponding germylene precursors via stable and isolable germanium radicals. The electronic structures of the anions can be described with ylidene and ylidone resonance forms with the Ge−C π‐electrons capable of binding even weak electrophiles. The germanylidene anions reacted with CO2 to give μ‐CO2‐κC:κO complexes, a rare coordination mode for low‐valent germanium and inaccessible for the related neutral germylones.
