SARS-CoV-2 vaccine response and rate of breakthrough infection in patients with hematological disorders

Abstract Background The clinical efficacy of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines according to antibody response in immunosuppressed patients such as hematological patients has not yet been established. Patients and methods A prospective multicenter registry-based cohort study conducted from December 2020 to December 2021 by the Spanish transplant and cell therapy group was used to analyze the relationship of antibody response at 3–6 weeks after full vaccination (2 doses) with breakthrough SARS-CoV-2 infection in 1394 patients with hematological disorders. Motivations, engagement and adoption of e-WOM in restaurants.

Resumen El objetivo del presente trabajo fue estudiar el efecto que tienen las motivaciones para consultar y escribir e-WOM sobre el compromiso con el e-WOM y la influencia de dicho compromiso en la adopción del e-WOM consultado. Para analizar estas relaciones, se realizó una investigación empírica aplicada en el contexto de los restaurantes. El ámbito geográfico fue Ecuador, con una muestra de 461 consumidores. ¿Cómo afecta la innovación en la satisfacción y la lealtad hacia el establecimiento minorista?

Resumen En el presente estudio, se examinó el concepto de innovación en el sector minorista y se definieron sus relaciones con otras variables, como la satisfacción y la lealtad, tradicionalmente vinculadas con el establecimiento minorista. Para lograr los objetivos planteados, se delimitó un modelo teórico sustentado en la literatura, que se contrastó mediante un estudio empírico utilizando un cuestionario estructurado ad hoc aplicado a una muestra de 510 clientes de establecimientos de alimentación. Each of them has advantages and weak points over the others and new techniques and patents are continuously developed to overcome these difficulties. In this paper an experimental and numerical investigation on a new Friction Stir Welding based approach to mechanically join AA6082-T6 to self-reinforced polypropylene is presented. The spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC) is a cellular surveillance mechanism that ensures the fidelity of chromosomes segregation. Reduced expression of some of its components weakens the SAC and induces chromosome instability and aneuploidy, which are both well-known hallmarks of cancer cells. In this opinion, the GMO Panel assessed the four-event stack maize Btll x MIR162 x 1507 x GA21 and three of its subcombinations, independently of their origin. The GMO Panel previously assessed the four single events and seven of their combinations and did not identify safety concerns. No new data on the single events or the seven subcombinations leading to modification of the original conclusions were identified. The contamination of aluminium streams during the different life cycle stages by alloy mixing and/or accumulation of foreign elements, in combination with the limited melt purification options during remelting, represents an important limiting factor in recycling. Process mechanics in Friction Stir Extrusion of magnesium alloys chips through experiments and numerical simulation

Abstract Friction Stir Extrusion (FSE) is a novel process designed to directly recycle machining chips. An experimental campaign was carried out on AZ31 milling chips using variations in extrusion ratio, force and tool rotation rate. The process mechanics were studied and correlated to the material flow, which was elucidated through use of a copper marker. A 3D, Lagrangian, thermo-mechanically coupled dedicated numerical model was set up and validated through temperature measurements. The combination of experimental and numerical results permitted to reconstruct the complex 3D material flow induced by tool rotation and plunge into the extrusion billet chamber.
