Tutkielman tavoitteena on selvittää mitä humanitaarisia aiheita ja teemoja ilmenee valittujen organisaatioiden Facebook-sivuilla ja miten organisaatiot reagoivat näihin teemoihin. Empiirinen osuus keskittyy organisaatioiden Facebook-sivujen tutkimiseen: tutkimisen kohteena ovat kommentit, joita Facebook-sivusta tykkäävät seuraajat julkaisevat organisaatioiden julkaisemiin tilapäivityksiin. Tutkimuksen kohteena on kolme Yhdistyneiden kansakuntien alaisen organisaation Facebook-sivua: United Nations, United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs sekä United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. A university has many stakeholders with varying interests and commitments. Several studies have examined modes and methods of HEIs communication with stakeholders. To the best of our knowledge, it is not evident in the literature how the engagement between universities and their stakeholders proceeds on the social media platforms particularly from a developing country perspective. Summary: The aim of this paper is to investigate how the birth of a central fiscal authority or the creation of a fiscal transfer mechanism could improve the action of fiscal policy in terms of stabilization in the EMU. In particular, the paper examines the theoretical reasons to support this conclusion and provides empirical evidence that shows how the EMU is not able to face asymmetric and symmetric idiosyncratic shocks. Designing digital well-being of senior citizens

In this paper, we illustrate a concrete case to apply the Life-Based Design approach to identifying human goals for technology to achieve. We focus on a form-of-life method of design, which seeks to reach a mental state of “digital wellbeing.” Digital well-being aims to facilitate digitalization and changes in the digital environment, and to maximize the availability and accessibility of services. We evaluate the target group of senior citizens, who are facing an accelerating pace of digitalization of the services in their daily lives. Core hole screening and decay rates of double core ionized first row hydrides.

Because of the high intensity, X-ray free electron lasers allow one to create and probe double core ionized states in molecules. The decay of these multiple core ionized states crucially determines the evolution of radiation damage in single molecule diffractive imaging experiments. Here we have studied the Auger decay in hydrides of first row elements after single and double core ionization by quantum mechanical ab initio calculations. In our approach the continuum wave function of the emitted Auger electron is expanded into spherical harmonics on a radial grid.
