In line with internationally defined goals of sustainable development, European agricultural policies today have a far-sighted vision for rural areas. Using a case study approach, this paper explores how receptive rural farms in Sicily are to a long-term vision of development. The study focuses on three key factors of a long-term vision, that is, digitalisation, innovation and sustainability, to examine not only whether farms have invested in these areas but also how they perceive their role in the post-pandemic era. Tässä kriittisessä esseessä luon yleiskatsauksen koulutuksen digitaalisen datafikaation erilaisiin muotoihin ja merkityksiin erityisesti kotimaisessa kontekstissa. Esseessä käyn läpi datafikaation suhdetta muihin koulutusta ohjaaviin trendeihin, erityisesti digitalisaatioon, oppimiskeskeisyyteen ja tulosvastuullisuuteen. Lisäksi tarkastelen datan ja datan diskursiivisen tuottamisen välistä epäsuhtaa, josta jatkan koulun dataintensiivisten käytäntöjen kautta tapahtuvan jatkuvan datankeruun luonnollistumisen tarkasteluun. Digitalis obscura cardenolides. Effect of macronutrient concentration and N source on growth and productivity of shoot-tip cultures

Abstract Changes in nutrient medium formulation in terms of major salt concentration or N source significantly modified cardenolide production by Digitalis obscura (genotype T4) shoot-tip cultures. A positive correlation between morphogenetic responses, culture growth, and proliferative capacity on one side and metabolite biosynthesis on the other cannot be established. The final stages of microprogation, rooting, and acclimatization of D. obscura were improved by using paclobutrazol.
