Digital technologies have become an inseparable part of most workplace activities. In this article, we discuss the study of digital work in the context of complex organizational practices. We lay out some methodological challenges and suggest some possible solutions to them. Firstly, we contend that we should take into consideration the multimedial nature of organizational practices. The present article examines collaborative writing in organizational consulting and training, where writing takes place as part of a group discussion assignment and is carried out by using digital writing technologies. In the training, the groups use digital tablets as their writing device in order to document their answers in the shared digital platform. En pratique, ces recommandations ne sont pas toujours bien appliquées par les soignants. Lorsqu’un patient est dénutri et que la mise en place d’une complémentation nutritionnelle orale a lieu, les discours des soignants vis-à-vis des CNO sont divers. The development of digital pedagogy in early childhood education and care (ECEC) is a relevant issue. The role of the ECEC leader in initiating and leading the development of digital pedagogy is important. The aim of this study was to explore the views of ECEC leaders on digital pedagogy and its development, as little research has been done on the subject. The data was collected in the context of continuing professional development for ECEC leaders in Finland. Abstract Welfare policy is at present increasingly tied both to market forces and to primary social networks. This process splits society into two camps. One‐fifth of the population is segregated from the rest in its dependence on the welfare system, which is in turn dependent on a diminishing portion of the economy and required to rationalize itself in terms of market forces. Meanwhile, the welfare system is making an effort to minimize its social cost by decentralization and by utilizing community ties and lifestyles rather than relying on the professional welfare bureaucracy. Käsittelemme tässä artikkelissa yrittäjyyden eetoksen kehittymistä suomalaisessa koulutus- ja yhteiskuntapolitiikassa 1980-luvulta 2010-luvulle. Eetoksella viittaamme yrittäjyyden subjektiuden muotoihin, jotka toimivat työn ja elämän ideaaleina yrittäjyyttä koskevassa hallinnollisessa puheessa.
