The DNase I sensitivity of chromatin of the yeast SUC2 gene, which encodes two forms of invertase, has been studied both in the genome and in a multicopy plasmid carrying the gene and its flaking sequences. Whereas little if any difference in the DNase I sensitivity of the flanking regions was found between the repressed and the derepressed states, derepression of the gene was accompanied by a large increase in the sensitivity of the transcribed region. A well-defined DNase I hypersensitive site was found centered at approximately 120 bp downstream from the end of the coding region. Il contributo esamina la diffusione a Palermo tra Sei e Settecento del genere della cantata, nelle molteplici accezioni che tale termine racchiude: cantata celebrativa, cantata spirituale, cantata da camera. In particolare si dà rilievo all’attività di committenza dei gesuiti e al repertorio delle cantate in latino (solo di rado in italiano) che tra XVII e XVIII secolo venivano eseguite in occasione delle cerimonie per laurea che avevano luogo nel collegio della compagnia.

Objetivo: En los últimos años han aparecido numerosos test semicuantitativos para la determinación de PSA, basados en la inmunocromatografía, realizados sobre suero o plasma. Presentamos nuestra experiencia en el uso del test SD BIOLINE PSA, que se realiza en plasma o suero para determinación cualitativa de PSA de forma rápida, y que usa como punto de corte 3 ng/mL. Redefining habits and linking habits with other implicit processes

In their commentaries on Hagger (2019), Gardner, Rebar, and Lally (2019) and Phillips (2019) provide welcome debate on the conceptualization and operation of habits in physical activity. In this response, I extend their comments by (i) calling for a redefining of habits to encompass contemporary views of habit, and (ii) suggesting that descriptions of physical activity habits should make reference to their relations with other implicit constructs that reflect automatic processes.
