An ab initio study of the tautomeric equilibria of the N-oxides of hydroxypyridines in the vapour phase

Abstract An ab initio self-consistent field molecular orbital study of the N-oxides of hydroxypyridines has been carried out. The optimized structures have been obtained at the 6-31G ∗ level, and the energy values have been computed at the 6-31G ∗ and MP2-6-31G ∗ //6-31G ∗ levels. The tautomerization energies for the three couples of systems in the vapour phase have been evaluated.

Il saggio indaga la storia del restauro nella seconda metà dell’Ottocento, un periodo cruciale per la formazione di una coscienza conservativa e per l’organizzazione del servizio di tutela dei monumenti a scala nazionale. La ricerca, in particolare, ricostruisce l’attività di Francesco Bongioannini (1847-1928), un ingegnere con ruolo ispettivo che ha operato per un lungo periodo in seno alla Direzione generale di AABB. Il suo contributo alla cultura del restauro in Italia si può sintetizzare in due momenti principali. The heritage of the historic gardens in Palermo and Sicily, created by the Bourbon kings in the early nineteenth century, as an integral part of their royal estates, constitutes today a precious heritage not adequately valued, not recognized as a unicum, even in relation to similar Campania heritage. The large-scale magnetic field of the eccentric pre-main-sequence binary system V1878 Ori

We report time-resolved, high-resolution optical spectropolarimetric observations of the young double-lined spectroscopic binary V1878 Ori. Our observations were collected with the ESPaDOnS spectropolarimeter at the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope through the BinaMIcS large programme. V1878 Ori A and B are partially convective intermediate mass weak-line T Tauri stars on an eccentric and asynchronous orbit. We also acquired X-ray observations at periastron and outside periastron. Using the least-squares deconvolution technique (LSD) to combine information from many spectral lines, we clearly detected circular polarization signals in both components throughout the orbit. espanolEn este trabajo editamos una pequena lamina de plomo hallada en el Pico de los Ajos (Yatova) en la campana de 2018. La lamina aparecio plegada y contiene una inscripcion iberica de una sola linea en cada cara que muy probablemente configure un solo texto completo. Sus caracteristicas formales son poco comunes, siendo el paralelo mas cercano el de las laminas votivas de El Amarejo. La presencia del elemento kutuŕ, frecuente en las inscripciones votivas rupestres, tambien apuntaria a una interpretacion religiosa. Darbā tiek aplūkota bēgļu izraidīšanas vai atgriešanas aizlieguma teritoriālā piemērojamība, izvērtējot tā darbību ārpus valstu robežām atklātajā jūrā. Saistībā ar bēgļu ierašanās pa jūru izpausmi mūdienās, īpaši nozīmīga ir bēgļu izraidīšanas vai atgriešanas aizlieguma attiecināmība uz masveida pieplūduma situācijām. Vienlaikus būtiski ir arī aplūkot vajāšanas satura paplašināšanos mūsdienās, izvērtējot gan tiesu praksi, gan tā mijiedarbību ar cilvēktiesībām. Darbā tika pētīta Latvijas PSR būvmateriālu rūpniecības attīstība uz lielākā Latvijas būvmateriālu uzņēmuma – Bolderājas silikātķieģeļu rūpnīcas – piemēra, laika posmā no 1952. līdz 1959. gadam. Pētījuma mērķis bija, analizējot arhīva un citus pieejamus avotus, konstatēt šīs tautsaimniecības sfēras un konkrētā uzņēmuma darbības attīstības galvenās tendences dotajā laika posmā. For prioritizing conservation actions, it is vital to understand how ecologically diverse species respond to environmental change caused by human activity. This is particularly necessary considering that chronic human disturbance is a threat to biodiversity worldwide. Depending on how species tolerate and adapt to such disturbance, ecological integrity and ecosystem services will be more or less affected.
