Modalità e prospettive ideologiche dell'inserimento di materiali storiografici nella trilogia del Brusoni
Per una voce sola. Intertestualità e intermedialità nella scrittura di Michele Mar
2022
The aim of this paper is to compare three recent republications of Michele Mari’s works, Di bestia in bestia (1989 Longanesi and 2013 Einaudi), Asterusher. Autobiografia per feticci (2015 and 2019 Corraini edizioni) and Leggenda privata (2017 Einaudi),which all show consistent changes. The intention is precisely to point out the reciprocal relationships between these works and the different ways they have been transformed, both in the cases of literary writing alone and in those involving phototextual forms, in order to trace a possible unity of intent. In Di bestia in bestia Mari chooses to thin out the novel ; in the second case to increase the number of pages of the phototext, and in the…
L’EBREO CAMALEONTE DI PATRICK MODIANO: STRATEGIE DI DECOSTRUZIONE DELLA LETTERATURA IDEOLOGICAMENTE ORIENTATA
2020

2008
The main target of this essay is to compare three poems, Leonore (1774) by G.A. Bürger, Ljudmila (1808) by V.A. Žukovskij and Mcyri (1839) by M.Ju. Lermontov. The aim of this research is to point out the peculiar poetic use of a series of symbolic elements which the reader meets in each of these three works (the wind, the storm, the war, the divinity, the horse, the panther, the moon). On one hand the achievements of the analysis show how some of these symbols have been kept almost unchanged in the three poems. On the other hand the results have been stressed how some symbolic elements have been worked out by the poets, recreating and enriching them with different ideological values.
Type and counter-type from specific chromosomal regions
2013
Several studies have shown the importance of segmental deletions/duplications in the field of chromosome pathologies. Non allelic homologous recombination, NAHR, between chromosomes or sister chromatids, mediated by segmental duplications, is the foundation of frequent mechanisms for structural chromosome mutations such as micro-deletions, micro-duplications, translocations, inversions, and marker chromosomes. We analyzed three distinct genomic regions (22q11.2, 17p11.2, 16p11.2) and we discussed how the same chromosome region can be affected by deletion or by reciprocal duplication, respectively responsible for a syndrome or for a reciprocal counter-syndrome, with different phenotypic mani…
Comparative analysis of immunohistochemistry, polymerase chain reaction and focus-floating microscopy for the detection of Treponema pallidum in muco…
2011
Summary Background The incidence of syphilis is increasing in many parts of the world including a re-emergence in Western Europe and North America. Depending on the disease stage, direct detection of Treponema pallidum in mucocutaneous lesions of syphilis may be difficult and histopathological findings are not always straightforward. Thus, the correct histological diagnosis may be challenging. Objectives Comparatively to evaluate the evidence for infection with T. pallidum by immunohistochemistry (IHC), polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and focus-floating microscopy (FFM). Methods A series of 86 paraffin-embedded skin biopsy samples from patients with primary, secondary or tertiary syphili…
Educational Impact Evaluation of Professional Development of In-Service Teachers: The Case of the Dialogic Pedagogical Gatherings at Valencia “On Gia…
2021
There is a broad consensus on the impact of teacher quality on students’ outcomes. However, the debate on how to evaluate the impact of teacher training on student improvement remains open. The evaluation of the impact of in-service teacher training, organized in a network for different schools, has been analyzed very little to date. Our research displays an innovative approach in this regard, through an In-Service Professional Development Program based upon scientific evidence and dialogic principles: The Pedagogical Gatherings “On Giant’s Shoulders”. We conducted a multilevel communicative study to analyze its impact upon students’ achievement and schools’ outcomes whose teachers taking p…
The crystal structure of bacteriophage Qβ at 3.5 å resolution
1996
Abstract Background: The capsid protein subunits of small RNA bacteriophages form a T=3 particle upon assembly and RNA encapsidation. Dimers of the capsid protein repress translation of the replicase gene product by binding to the ribosome binding site and this interaction is believed to initiate RNA encapsidation. We have determined the crystal structure of phage Qβ with the aim of clarifying which factors are the most important for particle assembly and RNA interaction in the small phages. Results The crystal structure of bacteriophage Qβ determined at 3.5 a resolution shows that the capsid is stabilized by disulfide bonds on each side of the flexible loops that are situated around the fi…
