Darbā ir piedāvāta metodoloģija dalītā īpašuma attiecību vietas noteikšanai civiltiesību sistēmā. Atbilstoši piedāvātajai metodoloģijai ir secināts, ka dalītā īpašuma attiecības pašlaik ietver gan zemes īpašuma, gan ēkas īpašuma lietošanas tiesības aprobežojumus, no kuriem ēkas īpašuma aprobežojums atbilst reālnastai, kas apgrūtina ēkas īpašumu par labu zemes īpašumam, bet zemes īpašuma aprobežojums – reālservitūtam, kas apgrūtina zemes īpašumu par labu ēkas īpašumam. Izriet, ka piespiedu zemes nomas līguma loma ir fakultatīva, tas noteic dalītā īpašuma attiecībās uz likuma pamata pastāvošo tiesību izlietošanas un pienākumu veikšanas kārtību.

Substituent effects on13C NMR parameters of chlorinated diphenyl ethers. A multiple linear regression analysis

13C NMR chemical shifts and nJ(C,H) coupling constants of polychlorinated diphenyl ethers (PCDEs) were measured and analysed. The chlorine substituent effects on the chemical shifts and the coupling constants were determined by a multiple linear regression analysis. The 13C NMR chemical shifts depend on the conformational preferences in PCDEs. In addition to single substituent effects, corrective terms reflecting the conformational state of the molecule and the mutual steric interactions of two chlorine atoms had to be taken into account for the reliable prediction of the 13C chemical shifts. In this paper we describe the principles of VIG (Visual Interactive Goal Programming), a Multiple Criteria Decision Support System, recently developed by Korhonen. PARETO RACE is a corner-stone of this system, which is designed to support both the modelling and solving of a multiple objective linear programming problem. The interface is based on one main menu, spreadsheets, and interactive use of computer graphics. VIG provides the decision-maker with the possibility to approach his/her decision problem by using an “evolutionary approach”. Fast response vibration sensor based on Bragg gratings written in tapered core fibres

Bragg gratings written in tapered core fibres permit a direct measure of mechanical vibrations with a time response better than 10 µs. The intrinsic properties of the sensors lead to a simple interrogation technique and wavelength multiplexing capacity. The sensor system is operated at 800 nm and is compact and low-cost.

Evaluation of all-optical demultiplexing in millimeter-wave subcarrier-system for wireless communication

In this paper, a scheme for multiplexing millimeter-wave carriers on a single optical carrier and using an all-optical millimeter-wave demultiplexer is presented. The optical demultiplexing of radio-over-fiber signals is based on dual sideband modulation with suppressed optical carrier combined with the filtering properties of dual over-written fiber Bragg gratings. The performance of the system is investigated using a single optical carrier and independent data modulated millimeter-wave signals at 20 and 40 GHz.
