Resumen tomado de la publicación Versión española de la Escala Job Crafting. Antecedentes: una revisión de la literatura revela que no existen instrumentos de medida del job crafting en lengua española. Este artículo presenta la traducción, adaptación y validación de una escala para medir el comportamiento del job crafting (Spanish Job Crafting Scale -SJCS; Tims, Bakker, & Derks, 2012). Método: la escala fue aplicada a una muestra de 896 empleados (52,6% mujeres y 47,4% hombres). Se han testeado la fiabilidad y la validez factorial de un instrumento con 21 ítems. Decentralized Finance (DeFi) is a popular topic in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry in the early 2020s. Still, cryptocurrencies have not yet become Decentralized Payment Systems (DPS) because of the high volatility of bitcoin and many of the altcoins. We investigated a proposed method to form a non-collateralized stablecoin called the Morini's Scheme of Inv&Sav wallets. We figured out two equations for the rebasement for the Inv wallet balances and then compared the results. We found the second rebasement method to be fairer to the agents, but we found the issue of negative balances with both methods. We proposed novel solutions to overcome these issues. This study aims to elucidate how modern presentation technology is being used by Norwegian Christian congregations. It is based on a survey answered by 715 church leaders, and the practice revealed is discussed particularly on the basis of Eileen D. Crowley's framework for ‘liturgical media art’. The findings show that presentation technology is used to a significant extent, but mainly as practical, visual support for communication. The article argues that there is a potential to use technology for aesthetic purposes as well.
Complex plant quality—microbiota–population interactions modulate the response of a specialist herbivore to the defence of its host plant

Many specialist herbivores have evolved strategies to cope with plant defences, with gut microbiota potentially participating to such adaptations. In this study, we assessed whether the history of plant use (population origin) and microbiota may interact with plant defence adaptation. We tested whether microbiota enhance the performance of Melitaea cinxia larvae on their host plant, Plantago lanceolata and increase their ability to cope the defensive compounds, iridoid glycosides (IGs). The gut microbiota were significantly affected by both larval population origin and host plant IG level.
