Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods are chosen among alternatives in order to attain specific objectives. In this research, the purpose of methodology is to provide decision methods for project managers in city logistics. The methodology is combined into two methods consisting of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). W pracy przedstawiono możliwość zastosowania rozmytej metody TOPSIS w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw żywności (FSCM). W tym celu przedstawiono krótki przegląd literatury.
