Membrane fission is an essential process in membrane trafficking and other cellular functions. While many fissioning and trafficking steps are mediated by the large GTPase dynamin, some fission events are dynamin independent and involve C-terminal-binding protein-1/brefeldinA-ADP ribosylated substrate (CtBP1/BARS). To gain an insight into the molecular mechanisms of CtBP1/BARS in fission, we have studied the role of this protein in macropinocytosis, a dynamin-independent endocytic pathway that can be synchronously activated by growth factors. Akomodācijas atbildes saistība ar heteroforijas un ametropijas veidiem

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 41 lapaspuses. Tas satur 24 attēlus, 3 tabulas un 48 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: noteikt akomodācijas atpalikšanu monokulāros un binokulāros apstākļos un tās saistību ar refrakcijas veidu un heteroforijas veidu. Dalībnieki: 21 dalībnieks ar emetropiju, 21 dalībnieks ar miopiju. Metode: Akomodācijas atpalikšana tika noteikta ar MEM un Nott dinamisko retinoskopiju un ar ekscentrisko fotorefraktometru. Heteroforija tika mērīta ar Madox rod un Madox wing testiem. Rezultāti: Ametropijas un heteroforijas veids neietekmē akomodācijas atpalikšanas lielumu. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts ātro kredītu pakalpojumu sniedzēju ietekmēšanas paņēmienu pielietojums reklāmas klipos un tas, kā to uztver auditorija. Teorētiskais pamats balstīts uz cilvēka uztveri, trīs attieksmes komponentiem: kognitīvo, afektīvo, biheiviorālo, kā arī zīmolu un to raksturojošajiem elementiem. Metodoloģijas pamatā ir kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze un audiovizuālā analīze ietekmēšanas paņēmienu izpētei, savukārt auditorijas uztveres izpētei pielietota daļēji strukturēta intervija un zīmola atpazīstamības mērīšanas metodes. Iegūtie rezultāti norāda uz ietekmēšanas paņēmienu izmantošanas tendencēm, to efektivitāti un uztveri auditorijā.

The aim of this research is to develop a toolkit enabling to observe transversal skills of future teachers. The research was carried out with 236 students attending the Educational Technologies course at the Primary Education program at Palermo University, during academic year 2017/2018.
