Šis pētījums attiecināms uz valodu apguvi ar datora palīdzību. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt runas atpazīšans tehnoloģijas efektivitāti programmatūrā CALL-SLT, lai noteiktu, vai platforma var tikt izmantota franču valodas izrunas apguves nolūkos latviešu valodīgo apguvēju kontekstā. Pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā tiek izskaidroti programmatūras CALL-SLT darbības principi, apkopotas svešvalodas izrunas mācīšanas pieejas un piedāvāta franču un latviešu valodas fonoloģisko sistēmu analīze, kas ļāva noteikt svarīgus izrunas elementus, uz kuru apgūšanu ir vērstas uz platformas izstrādātās aktivitātes. Bakalaura darba tēma „ISIC” zīmola atpazīstamība jauniešu auditorijā un komunikācijas aktivitāšu vērtējums. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda ir „ISIC” kartes, zīmola atpazīstamība jauniešu vidū Latvijā. Darbā tika izvirzīta pētnieciskā problēma– „ISIC” zīmola atpazīstamību Latvijas jauniešu (vecumā no 13 līdz 25 gadiem) vidū šobrīd ir pārāk zema. Darba teorētiskā daļa ietver mārketinga jēdzienu un tā pielietojumu un mārketinga komunikāciju. Eksistējošais attēlu skaits jau sen pārsniedz daudzumu, ko ir iespējams apstrādāt cilvēka spēju robežās, tāpēc šis darbs piedāvā apskatīt automātisko krāteru detektēšanas algoritmu, sākot ar pirmsapstrādes veidiem un malu atpazīšanas algoritmiem un beidzot ar fināla algoritma parametru optimizāciju. No pirmsapstrādes veidiem tika apskatīti vidējas vērtības filtrs, Gausa filtrs un mediānas filtrs. Šajā maģistra darbā tiek pētīta latviešu valodas atpazīšanai pielāgotu balss atpazīšanas sistēmu kvalitāte mutvārdu mašīntulkojuma sistēmas izveides kontekstā. Šī darba mērķis identificēt kļūdu īpatsvaru "Tildes Balss" balss atpazīšanas sistēmas izvaddatos, kā arī to ietekmi uz turpmāku valodas apstrādi "Tildes Tulkotājs" mašīntulkošanas sistēmā. Šī pētījuma ietvaros no 35 tiešsaistē pieejamiem materiāliem tika izveidots 4 stundu un 47 minūšu ilgs saistītās runas korpuss, veikta rezultātu analīze, izmantojot kļūdu īpatsvara aprēķina formulu, kā arī eksperimentāla analīze, lai noteiktu identificēto kļūdu ietekmi uz mašīntulkojuma rezultātiem. Background and aim of the work: Pancreatic pseudocyst endoscopic drainage by pancreatogastrostomy “pigtail” drain placement is spreading worldwide, with high success-rate and low morbidity, and is increasingly performed as outpatient procedure. The paper reports an unusual very early complication of this procedure and discusses the peculiar aspects of this event in an outpatient setting. Methods: The first case of a 56-year-old outpatient developing a postoperative diffused acute peritonitis by gastric juice spilling caused by the misplacement of the distal end of two transgastric drains not reaching the pseudocyst is reported. The author suggests a possible use of postmemory to analyse the contemporary family memory of the people of Silesia. Their memoirs about WW2 (such as working for the Wehrmacht, the Red Army invading Silesia, working in labour camps, nationality verification, displacements to Germany, and deportations to Siberia) bear signs of latent memory which is rarely revealed even to the next of kin. Present mainly within the family circle, within the local society, and among friends, these memoirs integrated Silesians and made them a unique community that considers itself a stigmatized minority.  The aim of this study was to investigate how at-home cancer patients perceived their life situations during the palliative care phase. The study employed a qualitative exploratory research design involving in-depth personal interviews with six women and two men between the ages of 35 and 63.
