La fracción vascular estromal (FVE) del tejido adiposo humano contiene precursores mesodérmicos con capacidad de generar in vitro unidades formadoras de colonias hematopoyéticas (CFUs) y colonias mixtas de células hematopoyéticas y endoteliales. El trabajo realizado en esta tesis doctoral ha tenido como objetivo el estudio de estos progenitores hematopoyéticos. Development of Point-to-Point Path Control in Actuator Space for Hydraulic Knuckle Boom Crane

This paper presents a novel method for point-to-point path control for a hydraulic knuckle boom crane. The developed path control algorithm differs from previous solutions by operating in the actuator space instead of the joint space or Cartesian space of the crane. By operating in actuator space, almost all the parameters and constraints of the system become either linear or constant, which greatly reduces the complexity of both the control algorithm and path generator. On the computational power of affine automata

We investigate the computational power of affine automata (AfAs) introduced in [4]. In particular, we present a simpler proof for how to change the cutpoint for any affine language and a method how to reduce error in bounded error case. Moreover, we address to the question of [4] by showing that any affine language can be recognized by an AfA with certain limitation on the entries of affine states and transition matrices. Lastly, we present the first languages shown to be not recognized by AfAs with bounded-error.
