Effect of seasonality on physico-chemical and microbiological properties of nicastrese milk and artisanal cheese

ABSTRACT Nicastrese is an indigenous Italian goat breed reared in the Calabria region under semi-extensive practices. From January to June, the milk yield of 400 multiparous Nicastrese goats was evaluated. In addition, tank milk and ripened cheese samples were subjected to physico-chemical and microbiological analyses with the aim to assess the effect of the seasonality on quality parameters. The volatile organic compounds profile of the ripened Nicastrese cheese samples was evaluated. Results showed that the seasonality had a significant effect on milk fat, lactose, urea, citric acid contents and acidity. Maģistra darba tēmas nosaukums ir “Nomierinošo uztura bagātinātāju aprite aptiekā 2019 – 2021 gadā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir apkopot un analizēt informāciju par nomierinošo uztura bagātinātāju (NUB) iegādi ietekmējošiem faktoriem un to apriti Saulkrastu aptiekā periodā 01.01.2019.-31.12.2021. Rezultāti liecina, ka pandēmijas sākumā pieauga visu un skolniekiem atgriežoties attālinātās mācībās pieauga atsevišķu NUB aprite aptiekā. Saulkrastu aptiekā kā vieni no mazāk pieprasītajiem NUB ir šķidras formas NUB. Melatonīnu saturošo NUB pārdošanas apjomi pieauga 2020.gadā, bet 2021.gadā saruka. Pieaugušo piesaistes stilu, stresa, trauksmes un depresijas simptomu saistība ar miega traucējumiem

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādas saistības pastāv starp pieaugušo piesaistes stiliem, stresa, trauksmes, depresijas simptomiem un miega traucējumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 138 respondenti, vecumā no 18 līdz 70 gadiem (M= 32, 39). Darbā tika izmantota attiecību stilu aptauja, Aiovas miega traucējumu aptauja, depresijas, trauksmes un stresa skala. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka izvairīgi bailīgais piesaistes stils uzrāda statistiski nozīmīgu pozitīvu saistību ar bezmiegu un gurdumu. Meaningful Work Protects Teachers’ Self-Rated Health under Stressors

A sense of meaningfulness is one of the most sought?after work characteristics which has been associated with employees’ well-being. This study explored whether meaningful work enhances self-rated health in challenging work context, under the stressors of distractions, unnecessary tasks, and unreasonable tasks. Data was collected from Finnish teachers (N = 1,658) and structural equation modelling was employed with the latent interaction terms. Results showed that meaningful work was associated with better self-rated health and the stressors were associated with poorer self-rated health. A coach-guided Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) intervention that uses a blended approach of two face-to-face and five online sessions (iACT; N = 33) has been found to be more effective than a waiting-list control condition (WLC; N = 35) at enhancing the wellbeing of university students while also reducing stress and depression. The present study explored possible mediators of change that may account for the outcomes of the study. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää matematiikan opettajien käyttämien työmene-telmien ja työtapojen vaikutusta asenteisiin, työn kuormittavuuteen ja minäpystyvy-yteen. Lisäksi tarkoituksena oli selvittää minäpystyvyyden ja asenteiden yhteyttä työn kuormittavuuteen.
