Designing a Eustress Toolbox : From entrepreneur experiences to an online service

Stress is typically seen as a negative phenomenon. However, the positive side of stress (i.e., eustress) has the potential to improve well-being, productivity, and innovativeness, thus increasing individuals’ daily resources at work. Focusing on eustress could enhance work engagement by turning some of the negatively perceived stressors into positive challenges. We explored this possibility by interviewing 21 Finnish entrepreneurs from various fields regarding their experiences of eustress. Pētījuma “Uztvertā stresa, darba-ģimenes konflikta radītāju saistība ar attālinātā darba biežumu” mērķis bija noskaidrot kādas saistības pastāv starp uztverto stresu, darba-ģimenes konfliktu un attālinātā darba biežumu. Pētījuma izlase tika veidota pēc brīvprātības principa. Pētījumā piedalījās viena respondentu grupa, vecumā no 25-50 gadiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 53 respondenti (N 53) , tai skaitā 10 (19%) vīrieši un 43 (81%) sievietes. Pētījuma piedalījās respondenti, kuri ir attālinātā darba veicēji un ģimenē viens no vecākiem veic attālināto darbu 35 (66%) gadījumos vai abi vecāki ģimenē veic attālināto darbu 18 (34%) gadījumos. Założenia dotyczące celu badania wskazywały na wyższy poziom lęku i stresu u policjantów Wydziału Kryminalnego. Hipotezy te związane były z charakterem pracy mundurowych danego oddziału.
