The concern and interest of this PhD thesis is the registration of featureless 3D and multispectral datasets describing cultural heritage objects.In this context, there are few natural salient features between the complementary datasets, and the use of targets is generally proscribed.We thus develop a technique based on the photogrammetric tracking of the acquisition systems in use.A series of simulations was performed to evaluate the accuracy of our method in three configurations chosen to represent a variety of cultural heritage objects.These simulations show that we can achieve a spatial tracking accuracy of 0.020 mm and an angular accuracy of 0.100 mrad using four 5 Mpx cameras when dig…

This thesis defines a new approach in urban and building facility management. A production and information management process of the building, its immediate environment and urban objects has been defined. It allows to manage these objects throughout their life cycle, in a concept called Urban Facility Management. This technology relies on an Urban Information Model to model all the information of cities and buildings in a dynamic and evolutive ontology. The synthesis, NMR and UV-Vis spectroscopy measurements and X-ray diffraction analysis of four new metal complexes of the amino terpyridine ligand 4́-[4-(4-aminophenyl)phenyl]-2,2́:6́,2́́-terpyridine L, namely [FeL2](ClO4)2 (1), [ZnL2](ClO4)2 (2), [CdL2](ClO4)2 (3) and [PtMe3IL] (4), are reported. The X-ray crystal structures of complexes 1-3 are 1:2 metal:ligand structures with tridentate ligands decorated around the octahedral metal centers. In complex 4, with L in a bidentate coordination mode, the Pt(IV) coordinated methyl and iodine groups form a fac-arrangement. Tutkielmassa on tarkasteltu boorin määritysmenetelmiä vesistä, maaperästä, kasveista, lannoitteista ja tuhkista. Tutkielma on jaettu esikäsittelyyn, erotusmenetelmiin ja määritysmenetelmiin. Esikäsittelyssä on huomioitu maaperän, lannoitteiden ja tuhkien kohdalla biosaatavuus ja kokonaismäärä. Kasvien ja vesien kohdalla on tarkasteltu kokonaismäärää. Boorin eristäminen on voitu tehdä uuttaen orgaaniseen faasiin joko diolien avulla tai orgaanisen kationin avulla tetrafluoroboraattina. Boori tislautuu metyyliboraattina metanolin ja rikkihapon seoksessa. Ioninvaihdossa on boori voitu kvantitaviivisesti eristää ioninvaihtohartsilla emäksisissä olosuhteissa.
