This study proposes that the benefits gained from marketing performance measurement are determined by how an organization exploits the metrics system under specific circumstances. Tämän laadullisen tapaustutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää millaista ja missä määrin yhteisöllisyyttä koettiin Jyväskylän Musica-kuorossa tutkimuksen tekemisen hetkellä (keväällä 2009). Tässä tutkielmassa tutkitaan Yhdysvaltoihin sijoittavien rahastojen suoriutumista aika- välillä 01/2005-01/2016. Aineisto koostuu rahastoista, joita joko hallinnoidaan Yhdys- valloissa tai Pohjoismaissa, ja joiden sijoitukset kohdistuvat Yhdysvaltoihin. Aineisto koostuu 10:n pohjoismaalaisen rahaston ja 16:n amerikkalaisen rahaston kuukausi- tuotoista ja rahastot ovat kasvurahastoja. Tässä työssä asetetaan vastakkain amerikkalaisten salkunhoitajien ja pohjoismaalaisten salkunhoitajien osaaminen. This study examines what kind of competencies teachers need in using game-based pedagogy (GBP). In our conceptual framework, GBP entails four approaches: using educational games or entertainment games, learning by making games, and using gamification in learning. Our data, consisting of teachers’ documentation, thematic interviews and questionnaires, were analysed using qualitative content analysis.
