RésuméLes couches humides des puits sont souvent étudiées d’un point de vue carpologique. Cet article présente quelques réflexions et suggestions concernant l’échantillonnage, le traitement des prélèvements et la présentation des résultats carpologiques provenant de ces couches humides, généralement riches en macrorestes végétaux. Les plantes cultivées sont classées dans les tableaux par grands groupes fonctionnels (céréales, légumineuses, plantes oléagineuses et à fibres, fruitiers cultivés, etc.) et les taxons sauvages sont regroupés à partir de classes syntaxinomiques.
