The aim of this dissertation is to explore the development, management and measurement of interpersonal trust in the context of a business network. More specifically, the focus is building and managing trust in the early stages of networking by examining how interpersonal trust forms in business networks and anchors relationships, and in addition, how the level of interpersonal trust could be measured. The significance in Finland of shipping on inland waterways has been great. This is due to the topography of the country with its many lakes and to the fact that the vast waterways in their natural state were easily navigable. The construction of canals resulted in even more extensive interconnected inland waterways. This study explores the tasks of the steamships plying these internal waterways, their numbers and significance, and also changes and the reasons for these between different inland waterways, as regards different types of vessels and shipowners in the period from the 1870s to the 1960s. La presente tesis doctoral aborda la consideración del auto calderoniano "El Maestrazgo del Tusón" (1659) en su doble vertiente de texto literario y texto espectacular, facetas inseparables en el análisis de todo texto dramático. El trabajo se ha estructurado en dos partes, de acuerdo con los objetivos perseguidos. Cilvēka 14. hromosomas proteasomu gēnu polimorfismu asociāciju ar multiplo sklerozi izpēte Latvijas populācijā

Proteasomālo gēnu polimorfismi ir autoimūnu slimību riska faktori. Lai novērtētu potenciālus multiplās sklerozes (MS) biomarķierus Latvijas populācijā, veicām proteasomālo gēnu PSMA6 un PSMC6 polimorfismu genotipēšanu 280 pacientiem ar MS diagnozi, ko salīdzinājām ar iepriekš ievāktiem datiem no 305 kontrolēm ar mērķi izpētīt iespējamo asociāciju starp šo lokusu polimorfismiem un MS. Tālākā analīzē kombinācijā ar iepriekšējiem PSMA3 polimorfismu genotipēšanas datiem atradām divus klīniski nozīmīgus multi-lokusu genotipus un trīs klīniski nozīmīgus haplotipus.
