Gestions de l'eau et du développement urbain dans l'espace dijonnais :quels modes d'intégration territoriale ?

Urban growth, jointed to technical networks, contributes to human pressure on water resources. In the meantime, the water French policy put management of urban development in accordance with catchments and hydrologic dynamics; that makes districts and intermunicipal groupings adopt new areas and action systems. The urban area of Dijon is located in three catchments and above a wide groundwater. This case shows urban water management gives greater place to precariousness and common character of water resources, even if institutional responses mainly concern town planning regulation.

Rapid analytical methods enabling the determination of diverse targets are essential in a number of research areas, from clinical diagnostics to feed and food quality and safety. Herein, the development of a quantitative immunochromatographic assay for the detection of the synthetic phytoregulator forchlorfenuron (CPPU) is described. In the current jurisprudential debate, the issue of conflicts of rights is a widely debated one. The present essay aims at clarifying the main aspects of this ongoing debate, along the following lines: firstly, an historical account of the problem of balancing conflicting rights will be given, with an eye both to the American recent experience and to the Italian one. Secondly, it will be discussed whether and under what circumstances rights can conflict. Obesity is an unfavorable prognostic factor in breast cancer (BC) patients regardless of menopausal status and treatment received. However, the association between obesity and survival outcome by pathological subtype requires further clarification. METHODS: We performed a retrospective analysis including 5,683 operable BC patients enrolled in four randomized clinical trials (GEICAM/9906, GEICAM/9805, GEICAM/2003-02, and BCIRG 001) evaluating anthracyclines and taxanes as adjuvant treatments.
