Resumen: Los jueces asumen una posición sobre qué cuenta o no como derecho cuando resuelven casos. Parece entonces que deberían recibir una buena formación en teoría del derecho, que precisamente intenta ofrecer una respuesta a esa cuestión. En el trabajo analizo las dificultades relativas a la formación de los jueces en teoría del derecho. En la última parte, sostengo que debe formarse a los jueces en diversas teorías del derecho (plausibles) y que las partes del proceso deberían tener una mayor intervención en relación al derecho aplicable. Pašuztvertā intelekta saistība ar akadēmisko pašefektivitāti un akadēmiskajiem sasniegumiem vispārizglītojošo skolu jauniešiem

Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt saistību starp pašuztverto intelektu, akadēmisko pašefektivitāti un akadēmiskajiem sasniegumiem vispārizglītojošo skolu jauniešiem, kā arī veikt atšķirību izpēti skolēnu izlases apakšgrupās ar atšķirīgiem pašuztvertā intelekta domāšanas veidiem. Pētījuma izlasi veido 165 jaunieši vecumā no 15 līdz 19 gadiem (M = 16,75, SD = 0,90), no tiem 80 (48,50%) meitenes un 85 (51,50%) zēni, kas mācās 10.-12. klasē piecās vidusskolās. Pētījumam piemīt aprakstošs korelatīvs un starpgrupu analīzes dizains. The text explains the difference between Marx?s concept of «oppression» and others as «coercion» by Durkheim or «domination» by Weber. The article then establishes, in a methodical way, the centrality of a passage from Capital, in which three different theories on «oppression» appear. It?s explained that two of them are rather a philosophical antinomy. The other, relative to the heteronomy of social time, can be completed by defining the heteronomy of social space, which gives it analytical virtuality. Some examples are given.
Self‐control and health‐related behaviour : The role of implicit self‐control, trait self‐control, and lay beliefs in self‐control

Objectives: We tested unique contribution of trait self‐control, implicit self‐control, and lay beliefs in self‐control beliefs to the prediction of health‐related behaviours. We also tested whether relations between trait self‐control and health‐related behaviour, and between implicit self‐control and health‐related behaviours, were moderated by self‐control beliefs. Design: Cross‐sectional, correlational.
