This philosophy-oriented paper examines cybersecurity and its ontological work in relation to spaces which are created by conventional perimeter security model and Zero Trust model. We argue that security works by a code of inclusion and exclusion, e.g., an individual user seeking access is either included or excluded in relation to the system. Therefore, cybersecurity divides the space through employing the code of inclusion/exclusion which directly affects the agency of users. Properties of zeros of solutions to third order nonlinear differential equations

We investigate the behavior of zeros of solutions to the certain type of third order nonlinear differential equations. We show that the behavior of zeros may be rather different and depend on the nature of nonlinearity in the equation. Main results in the paper are illustrated with a number of examples.
The importance of phytoplankton production for carbon budgets in a semiarid floodplain wetland

Phytoplankton production (PP) in wetlands is not measured as often as that of macrophytes. A three year-study during a period of sustained high flooding was undertaken in a central Spanish floodplain wetland (Las Tablas de Daimiel National Park) to determine net PP, its spatial heterogeneity and controlling factors, and compare it with primary production in macrophyte communities. This enabled us to estimate carbon budgets for each community. All PP variables showed high spatial and temporal variability among sites, resulting in low coherence even when flooding connected all sites. International audience; L'objectif du papier est d'analyser les aspects macro et micro-économiques des rapports entre politiques sectorielles et usage de la formation initiale. Nous montrerons ainsi que, d'une part, l'intensité différente avec laquelle les secteurs font appel aux divers niveaux de formation initiale est en relation avec leur évolution économique et que, d'autre part, pour un même niveau de formation, les différentes politiques de gestion de la main-d'oeuvre selon les secteurs induisent des trajectoires individuelles différentes.
